Paradise Pavers of North East Florida

Paradise Pavers (Christian Stewart) is very unprofessional! He lacks the attention and assertiveness to maintain his paver company. He’s definitely not a man of his word, he’s very unreliable, and he’s combatant when it comes to who’s right or wrong. Christian does not take responsibility for anything that goes wrong on his worksite. The blame was always pointed to someone else such as the vendors he dealt with, or his work crew which he subcontracted to do the work. We started my patio in July. I was quoted $20K to do the project, signed the contract, and ended up paying around $30K to complete it. Christian’s unprofessional and lazy work habits caused him to quote me one price and present another later during the project. Because we had a signed contract, I was not liable to cover anything that he purchased without my knowledge or approval. He did that often. Christian was rarely on site when work was supposed to be done. We reached a point where we were waiting on him to seal the patio and hang the remaining lights. He begged me to pay him because he had money tied up in other projects that he needed to pay. My wife felt sorry for Christian so I paid him the remainder of the balance. I should not have done that. He was treating his workers bad, never paid them, fired them for things he did, and to this day, they call and ask if I could pay them. It is now November and Christian has not completed my project. He left wires hanging from lights he did not install, my patio was never sealed, and he also left a lot of material that he did not use that I ended up paying for. He stopped all communication with me after receiving payment. My wife wanted the patio finished before Thanksgiving, so I ended up contracting another company to complete the job. There’s much more I could say, but you should get the picture by now. And if you have not decided to go with another paver company, I pray he does not do you like he has done me. Now I have to go to court and sue him for the work that I paid him for, my time, and other things. If anyone would like to reach out to me, you are more than welcome to do so. Lastly, I am going to petition the court for him to remove my pictures from his website. He does not have the right to post work that he has not completed! He is a real Bum!

Due to circumstances of my need and want the job needed to be adjusted from original design. With much design thought and ideas the manager did an amazing job bringing it all together easing my angst and concerns along the way. Always kept in touch and updated. Love the wall and patio deck!

The finished product was awesome. Completely professional appearance and process. The timing was better than expected. The crew left the yard clean and there was no lawn damage. The final price was on budget. To summarize, you could not ask for the process to be planned and completed any better.

Paradise Pavers did very well. They came equipped and ready. They kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. Chris, the owner was very professional and informative. His company fixed the mess that Lay It Down Pavers did.

Chris was great to work with. Even when we wanted to make new additions after the work we initially agreed on, he was reasonable and honest with pricing.

It was excellent. Christian was very attentive, he listens to what you want, and tells you his suggestions. In the end, it's your decision.

I just love our backyard patio , sidewalk and flowerbed pavers. Great job & professional. We always get compliments and have had some of my neighbors hire them also.

I recently hired Paradise Pavers of North East Florida to repair pavers to my patio and add a sidewalk. The entire project was outstanding. The team was very flexible and really exceeded my expectations. I truly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for pavers installed.
