The team did an outstanding work. Excellent service. They are punctual, professional, and hardworking. I strongly recommend Paragon.

Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!

I requested an inspection of leaks around existing skylights. The original consultation was professional and efficient. The contact was knowledgeable and direct with costs up front. I was very surprised with the quote because it was half the price of two other contractors from whom I had already received quotes. All contractors used the same skylight ( Velux) and were certified installers. Paragon explained that they must have quoted a price to install skylights as brand new, but mine were a replacement - and Velux has a qualified range for both of these jobs. That aside, the team was great, the new skylights are nice, and the leaks are no more.

Very professional installation with full staffing . Proposal was well thought out and installation went smoothly. Workers were respectful. Skylight (VELUX) will receive an energy credit .

After much research and several estimates I decided to hire Paragon Home Remodeling Grp. to redo my roof. They use a high quality product and are very reliable. There was a team of workers who worked endlessly for two and a half days. They kept me informed as to the progress and took pictures of areas that needed my attention. Seeing the great job that was getting done I requested to have other work done at the same time. I had four new 2 story pillars replaced and a new gutter system installed. There was never a sales push to get more work done and no rush for payment. I also have to say their price was very reasonable compared to estimates I received. Paragon will be my go to company when I need work done.

We had inspections and estimates from four highly rated companies appearing on Angle's list and on other sites. Each provided a bid for the same work with similar or identical materials, and found a high degree of consistency among the bids. All four diagnosed the problem as requiring the replacement of the entire roof for the best and most lasting outcome and they proposed nearly identical steps to do the job. All recommended replacing two skylights along with the roof, adding ridge vents in sections where there were none, and noted the likelihood of needing to replace plywood decking in at least some areas. However, Paragon stood out from the others by virtue of the thoroughness of the initial inspection, including dozens of photographs from the exterior and interior (attic), and the care with which the proposed work (both foreseen and potential) was explained, described, and justified. Moreover, once the line of communication was established at the first visit, Mauricio remained available via email, text, and phone for any and all follow-up questions and concerns. The open communication continued through the scheduling, completion, and follow through of the project. Periodic updates, with step-by-step photos, were provided during the work. Such openness was very much appreciated in this situation where the end project was much more involved than originally thought. We had been advised in advance of what we could expect, so no really unanticipated situations arose. Working around the weather, the job was completed on Easter weekend, approximately a day and a half on site, and from our perspective the crew was careful, professional, and efficient. Care was taken to protect the property, and the clean up was very good. Everything went exactly as promised, and because the whole roofing "system" was installed by certified personnel, both a manufacturer's warranty and Paragon's guarantee will apply. I would not hesitate to recommend Paragon for roofing and skylight work, and since their services extend to other home improvement and remodeling tasks I would certainly contact them again for any other project we might need.

it was the best money I ever spent, Pablo is very knowledgeable and professional and a very nice person as well. He went over everything before the work was done and showed samples of all the roofing materials. I can't wait for him to come back and do the siding on my house. I am very happy and pleased with the work that was done.

Excellent craftsmanship

Excellent. From the beginning of evaluation to the end of the project, the job was done properly to my satisfaction. The workers were professional and courteous. Late minor adjustments were accommodated with surprising welcoming receptions. Cleanup at the end was hurried with some nails found on the street. But I would highly recommend the service to others.
