Keating and Moore (my contractor) sent this company a check for $10,000 to purchase a Napolean Fireplace, from where the man we talked to is supposed to be an official representative. The fireplace was never ordered or delivered. Seth Diggs was contacted by email, text, and phone for several weeks. Finally, we contacted Napolean directly who said that he tried to purchase a fireplace and that his credit card was denied (around Sept 17). Through all of Seth's lying and conniving and misrepresenting through his company and our purchase, he should be put in jail. This is a sham. Furthermore, we finally have found a tremendous Napolean fireplace representative named Scott Krenz who works for Fireplace & BBQ. The final result and installation was completed on November 15th. FINALLY. My strong advice, never call or text or contact Seth Diggs or Paramount Home Technologies for ANY projects related to your home, AT ALL.

Estimate represented one technician for 3 hours of work. Took two technicians three hours and ended up costing me additional $. They marked up my freshly painted wall well outside of the area that my TV was to be installed (and were not forthcoming about it) and left one faceplate un-covered (I had to go purchase one and install it myself). I simply cannot recommend them for the money spent.

"Moving can often be very stressful and upon entering their condo we were immediately that aware that this couple was very stressed with other contractors. In fact, we saved this client $500+ dollars with the recommendations we made. The mark on the wall was made by another very dirty contractor working at the same time as us and the faceplate was left off by comcast. As requested by the client, we did more work than the estimate provided. We even stayed late off the clock so another contractor could use some of tools to complete their work. Sometimes no good deed goes unpunished as the saying goes. But we'll keep on doing good deeds and helping people because that's who we are, through and through."

It took several weeks after my initial call to get the job done. There was a hurricane and Seth had a leg injury which caused some delay, and he was extremely busy. I bought this deal because I wanted my tv to hang on the wall without dangling wires. I was not alerted that I needed an electrician to have already installed an outlet. Because I was not told this, I didn't have one. As a result, the wires were showing. I asked what to do to make it look better and he suggested wire wrap from Home Depot. He didn't have any with him, so I ran to the local store to get some while he was there so he would have to install it, not me. It improved the appearance, however I would have had to do that myself if I hadn't lived close to a store.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us figure out where we wanted TVs installed and spent a lot of time during initial meeting to aid us in our decision making. Very neat workmanship. Decided there was one TV we weren't please with where it landed up on wall - company willing to come back and make it right (ie., they stand by their workmanship which is very important to us). <br>Nice company to work with. <br> <br> <br>

I recently installed a Bose speaker system and the connections were a rats nest of wires and it needed to be balanced. Seth came and rewired the system and balanced the system, including the surround sound speakers in the ceiling. I had two extra Bose speakers that I wanted to use in my bedroom, so Seth brought a used Denon receiver and also provided a 15 foot HDMI cable that we needed for the set up. Seth is great to work with and he completed whole setup in the two hour time frame. I was so lucky to find him on the Angie's List. <br />
