William did a good job of preparation and cleaning.

He called me 35 minutes before the scheduled period that he would be there promptly at noon, which he was. He did a great job, getting out a couple of stains and was done within an hour. The only caveat is that they are not set up with credit card machines yet so I paid him with a check. Great job!

Paramount showed earlier than the designated time. Which was just fine with us. They steam cleaned the affected area and scotch guarded the area as well. I happened to notice on the side of their van that they cleaned tile grout. They were willing to do it while they were here on my polished limestone bathroom and shower stall. The guy was friendly and professional and efficient!

On time and very professional. My carpets were not as clean looking as I expected when they were through. They attempted one spot treatment that did not succeed. My expectations may have been unrealistic, but I was hoping for better results.

They were awesome! We have had Stains resurface after other companies did our carpets, but not with Paramount! Super happy with results! Our carpet is 20yrs old, and still salvageable.

Nice job. They cleaned up well. Not a big issue but the dry time quoted was 8-10 hours. It was close to 30 hours to dry in some areas with the heat turned up and ceiling fans on.

Chad Gillum, called 30 minutes before starting time, which I liked. He explained everything he was going to do. After he finished, areas that he cleaned looked clean. Chad said it'll take between 6 to 8 hours to dry. He was right on that. Very happy with the out come of everything. Thanks Chad.

The work done was good and the price was very fair. The only complain was trying to schedule to the was difficult at times.

I submitted possible dates for cleaning when I made the purchase, but they didn't contact me to schedule. When I called them, they were very apologetic & explained that this was the first time they advertised a special on Angie's List , so they were still figuring things out. They scheduled to come out the very next day, and he did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, & professional, & he did the stairs for free to make up for the confusion & inconvenience. I will definitely hire them again.

They arrived promptly, received an estimate, agreed with the estimate. Since it was a Saturday the paperwork had to be processed in their office, it would be provided to me. After 5 days of drying the ceiling, they came to tear down ceiling and remove insulation. Several days later I received a call inquiring about a moisture meter being left, I went down and it was in the garage. I noticed that several pieces of soiled insulation remained in the ceiling. I notified them regarding the meter, the insulation and no contract. They came removed the insulation and picked up the meter. I called again regarding the paperwork, I did receive in the mail.

I had to call them again to schedule appt after they no show on previous. Carpet remained soaked and damaging floor meantime. Did not move furniture. Did not remove stains. I accepted deal from another company thru Angie's a few months ago for a different job and they were much better=did move furniture, did remove stains. 2 in crew rather than one. were much more thorough and difference was night and day between the two company's.
