Got a call today and they were here within 45 minutes. Quoted me a price (more than fair). They replaced the screen and it works perfectly. Easy, professional, beautiful from beginning to end! From the moment my husband and I met the rep at the home show in Denver to the very last detail of clean up at our house, the people at Paramount were respectful, courteous, kind and helpful. The large picture window they replace in our home is beautiful! The only thing we had to do was move the furniture away from the area, they did absolutely everything else. The three men who did the install were on time, thoughtful in our home, and seemed to go above and beyond to finish the project with excellence. We are truly glad we chose Paramount and will go to them again with our next window or door need.

We hired Paramount Siding and Windows to replace our windows and sliding glass door. The entire process from our first meeting with the owner, Brandon, to the Installation, was a pleasant experience. They have a showroom down south which was very helpful because none of the window companies we met with have a showroom. We were able to view several different types of windows by different manufacturers. Who knew windows come with so many different options? We are very happy with our new windows and plan to get more done very soon. I would highly recommend this company for your window needs.

I was extremely pleased with every interaction with Paramount Siding. Their website was very helpful. I visited their showroom many times to examine the different siding options. George L was so knowledgeable and explained all the options to me. He was straightforward and didn't pressure me to decide one way or the other. The installation crew was superb. They did a professional, high quality job of siding, window wrapping, and gutter installation. They were diligent every day in cleaning up my yard. Working with Paramount Siding was an excellent experience from initial contact through project completion. I highly recommend them.

Paramount Siding and Windows has installed windows and doors several times for us. Once for us in our home in Silverthorne. We installed 3 major windows which required working on the 2 level, cutting out new larger templates and building headers to install beautiful windows to enhance the mountain views. Recently we called Brandon O'Leary, owner, to come again to our Thornton home to take out a small sliding back door and replace it with a 7X8 foot tall sliding door. Again requiring a new header. Paramount built a dust free room to work in and kept our house nice and clean while they installed the project. The installers came on time and were very professional. Jon the production  manager stayed on top of the project to completion. The installers drywall work was impeccable and they matched our existing paint perfectly.  Our new door is beautiful and opened up our house to the outdoors!  We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done siding and windows. Now we will be budgeting for new and better windows for the rest of our home in the near future.

With another company price dropped from "list price" of $31,000 to $21,000 to $17,000 with "same day discount". Paramount gave better price up front with a better glass in the window. Paramount handled well the inevitable glitches that occur with any project. Four windows were originally delivered wrong - 2 accidentally ordered with 2-lite instead of 3-lite and the factory forgot obscured glass on 2 others. Paramount got the correct windows reordered and installed. They followed up with quality control inspections and fixed any minor issues.

Very satisfied with Paramount siding and windows from the customer service rep. Karen she was more then helpful and friendly, John the guy who came out and measured was a complete professional and had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Brad the owner. The installers where polite friendly had had the job done quickly and cleaned up everything. We are extremely Happy with the windows and highly recommend this company!

Brandon, the owner of the company, came out to our home after an initial appointment was set up. He was so down to earth and professional and easy to work with regarding out siding project. We were on a very tight budget and did not have much wiggle room. Brandon worked very hard so that both parties were happy with the price and the QUALITY of the work was fantastic!!! Our siding and windows were installed timely and the siding looks so great!! Our neighbors are asking us who provided the service and are possibly going to use Paramount Siding and Windows for their siding needs as well! A GREAT company!!

Brandon came out and discussed the options for windows and siding. He deals with lots of different window and siding company's so that you can choose what works for your home. Not just a narrow field of products. He discussed the plus and minus of each one you are interested in. They came in some really cold weather to get the job done. They also came back to fix a few things that bothered us. The house looks so so much better. Both window and siding crews did a great job.

The workers were courteous and friendly and they completed the job in a timely manner. The job was a unique design that required extensive time commitment. The crew were all skilled craftsmen who took pride in their work. The crew was receptive to our input and went above our expectations in accommodating our requests. We do much of our own home design and were completely satisfied with the end result. We truly love the new look of our home. Two months after the job was finished we had a severe hail storm, a <br />representative from Parmount came to our house for damage the siding was in perfect condition. This is a company that takes pride in their work and stands behind their product. <br />

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!! What an amazing and great job Paramount Siding and Windows did on my home! I highly recommend this company for all of your housing and/or business needs. There were two crews who came out to my home: The first crew installed my 'Paramount' windows, they were courteous and professional, AND they did not leave a mess. They also replaced a window at my parents house that same day. The second crew replaced all of my siding with 'John Hardy Siding'. Again this crew was highly professional, courteous and did not leave a mess. They worked on my house like it was their own house. They did not and quot;cut cornersand quot; they made sure everything was done to perfection. Again, I highly recommend Paramount Siding and Windows for your housing and/or business needs. <br />

Guys installed the windows in nasty, snowy conditions and did a great job. The company is highly ethical and well run. Brandon is a great leader. Would use them again.

Overall went well. The Good. The windows look great. The installation was very very good. The paining match the old mantels exactly. The price was about 25 - 30 percent less then other for the same quality windows. The fair. The windows took a long time, It was Milgard's fault. Milgard also missed one windows, so that took longer. Overall, I would recommend them and use them again. (I forget the exact date everything was completed.) I have recommended them to a friend.

We had to replace 11 of our 40 years old windows. Paramount's quote was the best among 11 or so we had. They did their job very carefully and professionally. It has been more than 2 years and the windows are working great.

<p>PROS:  John the sales representative sold us on the product and the job.  He could interpret what we wanted when we were done and walked with us around the house offering suggestions.  He was one of four contractors that we received bids from.  John also told us we could use our credit card to pay for the job, which we subsequently used for the down payment.</p> <p>They wanted to put a dumpster in front of our house.  Joe recognized we needed the curb space for a wheelchair accessible school bus and instead of using a dumpster they used Bagster trash bags, which they placed on our yard.  This was innovative and a perfect solution to our needs and theirs.</p> <p>CONS:  Lack of Communication - I work 7p-7a and sleep days.  Starting with the salesman John to the project coordinators John and Joe it was repeatedly emphasized that on Thursday and Friday days there could be no doorbells or work on the north side of our house.  Together we worked out a plan that would prevent work on that side of the house during the course of the installation.  On both Thursday and Friday of week one, the doorbell was rung repeatedly waking me from sleep.  On Friday of week one, the installers started on a different spot than what we, John and Joe had agreed on, however I was sleeping and not aware of this error.  Email sent to the owner, Brandon on Friday evening, advising him of our concerns, he has never responded.  On Thursday of week two they worked on the North side of the house ALL DAY.  On Friday I was sent home from work at 3am since I was too tired to complete my job assignments.  On Friday they again worked on the North side of the house and I again was sent home from work at 3am Saturday morning.  I called the office to file a formal complaint since I felt that we were being ignored by Joe.  Karen promised a call back after talking with Brandon to see what they could offer in compensation for the total disregard for our pre-work agreement. To date Karen has not returned the call.  After a frank discussion with Joe, he admitted that he reset the plan without consulting us.<br></p> Conclusion: <br>They have a no “sign-off” or payment until happy with all the work.  On final inspection we pointed out several concerns, which they address the next day.  In one area, they went to great lengths to exceed our expectations to make us satisfied.    The next final walk through was completed and we “signed-off” and paid for the project.  When final payment was due we were informed that they had a $5000 limit for credit cards.  However, they reluctantly accepted our credit card for the entire job. <p>I would recommend them and I would use them again with less confidence in “what they say and what they do”.  In hindsight I would have been more aggressive when they did not comply with the agreed upon “no doorbell and no North side work on Thursday and Friday’s” requirements, to the point of stopping the work.</p> <p>Their lack of communication is their biggest weakness and from my perspective, their only weakness. The work done was phenomenal, but the best work is overshadowed by the lack of communication or consideration.  We had very specific needs that they were aware of from the beginning and promised to work around them, which they did not.</p> <br>

<p>We hired Paramount Siding and Windows in March of 2015 to install 7 windows, a front door, and new siding.  The job also included installing insulation board under the siding.  We spoke to three Angies-list contractors, but we felt most comfortable with Brandon O’Leary, the company president, and his ability to listen, make sense of what we wanted, and investigate different ways to keep the project reasonably priced.</p> <p>To his credit Brandon consistently took responsibility for mishaps and seemed interested in and committed to providing a great product.   But too many mishaps, miscommunications, and frustrations dominated this project.    Unless you can personally act as project supervisor and remain on site during installation work, I would not recommend this outfit. </p> <p>Twice before this project commenced I was told that window installation would be the first facet addressed.  Following instructions, I removed all appropriate window blinds and hardware.    The job commenced on June 10 and it was supposed to be a 2-3 week job.   By early July I was still waiting for the new windows to be completed.  Two of the windows were damaged, two more of the windows had to be redone after the original installation.   I had to call these issues to Paramount’s attention.</p> <p>Why did I feel I had to act as an on site supervisor for Paramount?  </p> <p>On June 10, the day the project started Jon, company operations manager informed 3 separate crews who appeared at my house:  “ You are all adults, work together…and DO NOT touch the Bellyband” (a ten inch strip of 2”thick cedar that separates the second floor from the first floor on the exterior of the house).   One hour later an employee cut and removed a 10 foot section of the bellyband.  Also, within three hours one of the crew leaders used an 8” sawzaw and cut around my electrical box, cutting though my den wall and nicking a wire.  My TV control chip was fried and we were without TV for 3 weeks.  Work was stopped and Paramount called in an electrician to review the situation and schedule repairs for the end of the next day. </p> <p>In addition, on the afternoon of June 10, my wife discovered a discarded copy of the contract in the street in front of our home.  This document included our credit card information with all details.   By that evening we realized no fewer than four employees had been given our “secure” information and   we felt compelled to cancel the credit card that evening.</p> <p>After seeing multiple crew configurations over the next 7 work days, I asked Jon who would be the lead installer at our home.  The inconsistency among crews was leading to multiple delays, lost tools and materials, and too little oversight.   He informed me Jason would be the crew leader for the rest of the job.  The next day Jason and his laborer worked.  That was the last day we saw crew leader Jason.  </p> <p>We were not unhappy with Dwayne, the crew leader that replaced Jason.  Dwayne Cardoza proved conscientious, hardworking, skilled and quick to communicate any changes in plans.  But the job dragged on and on because the men were short on materials and often had to run to Home Depot or other suppliers.  Dwayne’s crew was 2-3 young men, between 16-19 years old and when the crew lacked anything, only Dwayne could drive to pick up materials so work stopped.    Dwayne’s workers were respectful, intelligent, and hardworking.  They didn’t have the experience of seasoned builders so I worried that more damage to my home or injury to the crew was likely to occur if I did not act as another set of eyes on project.  </p> <p>I want to note here that most of the more than 14 Paramount employees were friendly, helpful, caring, and decent people who seemed consistently eager to perform good work.  Paramount just didn't seem to have enough skilled workers for each phase of the project. <br></p> <p>The door that arrived for installation at the end of June was incompatible with the existing frame.  Apparently Jon the manager had either measured incorrectly or ordered the wrong door.  I was also informed at the time that my security door wasn’t compatible with the ordered door.  I informed the installers that I ordered the door on the condition that I could retain my security door and wouldn’t accept anything that didn’t look good and function correctly.  Jon tried to convince his installers—via telephone-- to make several quick fixes on the door despite the fact that the threshold would extend 2” further out than it should have.  The installer looked embarrassed when he explained the “fixes.”  I said get the right door.    One month later (July 31) another door arrived.    Jon had also missed that fact that my existing door handle and lock holes were lower than those of the new door.   Instead of sending this 2nd door back I agreed to move my keypad bolt lock to the back door.  Brandon agreed to pay for the locksmith for re-keying the new front bolt lock to match the security door lock.<em></em></p> <p>We were pleased with the paint job done by Better Finishes #1  (Jorge Andrade) who was subcontracted by Brandon.  Quality work, Jorge. </p> <p>On 9/22 the job was completed.  Our 2-3 week job became a 2-3 month job.  Granted, additional work was done—removing blackboard and replacing it with plywood—and we were out of town for part of the time when the second door was ready for installation (maybe a week).  But the innumerable delays, mis-measurements by the company operations manager, the careless blunders by Paramount workers, and the sub-par estimates of required materials made this a difficult experience for us.</p> <p>Finally, I learned in September (from a friend I referred to Paramount in April) that she was offered money by Paramount to write a review for Angie’s list.  She informed the Paramount employee (either Karen or Katherine) that she could not write a positive review.   (She gave me permission to include this in this review.)   Not surprisingly, I was not asked to write a review.</p>
