Not Good at all. Start to finish over 30 days, crew was sub-standard, left yard in a mess with nails and debris all over the place (still finding nails), they damages gutters and covered up Metal Flashing with a 2/4 boards. Shingled over rotten plywood instead of replacing it (yes, they were called back to redo). Terrible Craftsmanship!

The roof was done back in about 2004. It just started leaking. It has progressively gotten worse and worse and now the chimney is starting to sink in. I had a guy come out from another roofing company and look at it and he told me to call Parker Brothers because the chimney is sinking into the structure. Now it has to be all replaced. They are listed as an A on your list, I was disappointed in that. We did have them come back, he said the flashing was never replaced correctly. He was walking on the roof and it was sagging while he was walking on it, it was all spongy. I said it was all spongy and it was ruined and he said it wasn’t and that it was like that because he was walking on the tresses. They were lying because they thought I was an idiot. It is under warranty. The shingles aren’t, because we paid extra for 30 year architectural shingles. They should not have been able to leak the way they did. He gave this extraordinary estimate to fix what they didn’t do right in the first place, so I didn’t call them back. At the time, I was really pleased. When they installed the sun roof, which is also leaking, I had signed a contract and that didn’t cover the sheet rock installation. He told me it was $400 to install 4 pieces of sheet rock. That should have been included in the original plan. It was expensive. I did find out later that their price was way above average. Their quality was an F because they didn’t change out the flashing like they were supposed to. I would not consider using them again in the future.

"We did install a roof for you in 2004 and up until recently, you have had no problems with your roof. We have responded to your calls for service on 3 occasions and been on time every time with myself responding 2of those 3 times. Each time I have been there I have found that your roof has had an excessive buildup of tree drebris which is preventing water from shedding from the roof and causing it to backup under your shingles and flashing. I have explained the need to perform routine maintenance especially with you house being under the trees and even offered you service company referrals that will perform the service for you at a minimal cost. I have given you multiple options for repairing the damages to your chimney siding and roof decking that has become rotted due to neglect. I feel like the only way we would have been able to help you satisfactorily would have been to volunteer our services to blow the roof off on a regular basis and perform all your wood rot repairs at no cost. We have provided you with a reasonable proposal to correct your siding, skylight, chimney, and gutter damage. We can fix all the issues that you have as I have explained in my proposal. If financing is a concern, we do offer the financing options that I explained while I was at your home and if that is not possible, I can offer you some direction to organizations that may be able to assist you with the costs."

The entire job from getting a bid to doing all the work went very smooth. The work crew arrived on time and they worked very hard the entire time they were here. There was no slackers just standing around. We were very impressed. The day the work was done the temperature was in the upper 90's and very muggy! Job was done well & the crew cleaned up after them selves.

At first we were impressed with the salesman Craig. We felt the price quote was good and the first two sales meetings went well. We were told that there would be a walk through prior to the job and given an approximate start date. We were also guaranteed that the crews worked for Parker Brothers and they would work closely with us until the job was finished. Craig also promised he would supervise the crew and check behind their work. One day I arrived home to find materials in my yard ( two weeks early ) and when I contacted the company they advised they wanted to begin the next morning. There were specific things I wanted the crew to be mindful of and it became abundantly clear Craig did not communicate effectively with his crew supervisor, Mike. We asked about a walk through and when contacted by Mike he seemed put out by that. He did meet rather quickly with my wife the next day and the crew began the work. My father in law came by to check on the work and discovered the crew was placing the wrong material on the house. Come to find out the wrong material was ordered. We worked out a deal that we would not make him take it down but this was first harmful event of many. Not only were they putting up the wrong material but the we're squeezing the vinyl in tight in the corners. I had to stop the crew from working and advised Craig I was unhappy. When Craig came by I shared my concerns with him and there was much of the material they had to take down and re cut. When the job was done, the vinyl on the side of the house was noticeably buckling, once again cut to fit too tight. That had to be fixed. Soon after they left, the soffit on the back porch buckled and the trim and soffit were falling off. Once again they had to come out and fix. After they left it was apparent the joints on the trim were coming apart with inch gaps showing and the crews thought they were done. Had to complain to get them out to finish. Now several months later, the soffit and trim on the roof had buckled and fallen off. Once I called to advise Craig he advised he would get someone out to look at it and fix by the end of the week. Four days, Really? Well, he and his crew never showed up. Maybe tomorrow he will find a moment to check on his customer. I don't have confidence in Craig though. Did I mention that they measured my father in laws job wrong and ordered the material wrong twice. I have little faith in their vinyl siding abilities and would not recommend, at all. <br />

In 2012, we sought quotes from several companies and selected Parker Brothers in spite of the confrontational attitude exhibited from the outset by the construction manager (Craig Ross). The painting subcontractors were top notch and responsive, and the wood repairs were done satisfactorily. When preparing the new porch foundation, the company's representatives destroyed our back yard with heavy equipment and complained about being asked to repair the damage. <br /> The porch expansion and screened enclosure has been a nightmare since the word go. It has leaked every time it has rained, usually in a new spot each time. When called, the screened porch subcontractor says he will come out to repair the problems but frequently does not show. We have pictures to back up our claims and will share them with anyone interested before you make the same mistake. Shameful customer service and confrontational attitude exhibited by the construction manager when we tried to express legitimate concerns caused us to go with another company for our re-roof this year. We are much happier with the service received from their competitor. <br />

I obtained three quotes to replace my original 19 year-old roof. Parker Brothers was the "middle of the road" estimate. I decided to go with Parker Brothers because Travis Sparkman convinced me that their product was superior to the others. Travis explained everything they would do to make sure the new roof met the current building code. He told me that in addition to the city inspecting the roof, the manufacturer of the roofing materials would send an inspector. That was a great selling point. In addition, I really appreciated that his estimate included replacing the wood siding on the chimney with Hardie Board. That was another selling point for me because it convinced me that they wanted to install a high quality, low maintenance roof. None of the others suggested that needed improvement. <br /> Travis was very helpful when it came to picking out the new shingles. He took a picture of my house and then showed me on his tablet computer what it would look like with various colors and styles. I thought that was great! <br /> After the work was completed, I was very pleased with the appearance of the completed roof and the materials they used. At the suggestion of my homeowner's insurance company, I had the new roof inspected. The inspector sent a report to my insurance company verifying that everything was done correctly, which resulted in my annual insurance premium dropping by more than $300! <br /> Although there were several problems along the way, Travis and the owner made everything right after I brought the problems to their attention. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. They followed up with a letter, phone calls, and a survey to make sure everything was OK. In addition, the manufacturer sent a survey to me, along with warranty information. Clearly, they all want to make sure you are happy. <br /> <br /> I highly recommend Parker Brothers. Use them with confidence and sleep well at night! <br />

We were satisfied with Parker Brothers Roofing & Construction's work. They said they would be in and out in about a week and they were in and out in about a month and a half. We were fairly satisfied with the quality. We didn't like some of the salesmanship. The amount of time it took was way off from their estimate. Some days they wouldn't show up at all and we would have to call them. Their salesman would talk more than he would listen. I might talk to them again.

He did a really big job for me 10 years ago and did a good job then. I am in the process of selling my house. So I had to answer the home inspector. The home inspector said that there were few things that needed to be patched up. So he came out and did everything that the home inspector said. He charged me for the work and said that it should be good for another 10 years. He stood behind his repairs.

I signed the cotnract with the VP, Leo Stewart, who handled my job from beginning to end. He is very intelligent, but more so a man of God and a heart of service. He worked with me to get the tiles I wanted and made several trips to bring me samples and help pick out a great color. He was very patient with me as I changed my mind a few times and also with my ignorance of the product. He did some research for me to insure I was happy with the product's warranty. He contacted my insurance company directly to coordinate the wind mitigation form so that I may qualify for a discount on my insurance. This included documenting things and taking pictures for the insurance company. He also came back upon request to make sure there were no nails left in the grass even though they did a sweep several times. Overall, he was so incredibly helpful, curteous and just downright good at his job. <br /> <br /> The crew were all very professional and sweet. They worked way too hard in this heat and finished in 2 days. We were blessed with no rain. They were also patient with all of my questions and concerns and just did an overall perfect job! <br /> <br /> I know this company does many commercial jobs, but would totally recommend them for residential if you want a company who stands behind the quality of their job.

Everything was very professional..from the initial estimate(all charges finalized up front) to the day to day work! it took three days to finish my steep roof. During that time, everyone was pleasant ,professional and very hard working! My staff spent a good bit of time outside watching the Parker Bros.guys at work and we were all impressed with their focus on safety and on keeping the area clean so that we could come and go during our day! We also appreciated that all the crew wore T-shirts with the Parker Brothers logo! We were pleased to see that "All American" crew is not just a slogan..but a fact! Would absolutely recommend!
