Contacted after foundation repair. Inspection found sewer line break under slab, tested and quoted price. Work began following week and continued through the following week due to weather (rain). Project completed, though I'm still awaiting final receipt still after work completion I have their initial receipt and work was done to satisfaction. Seem like good company just a bit slow on receipts. Other than that I'd recommend and would use again.

Gerald did a great job!!! Very conscientious and made sure the pipes were connected.  He returned later to fix a leak. I was pleased with his work. <br /> I would recommend Parker and Sons to anyone.  A great company!!!!  The gals who answer your calls are so helpful and friendly. <br />

Too long ago.  I can't remember.  I thought I had provided a review at the time, but I guess I hadn't.  The date of service and the approximate cost are guesses.  I can't vouch for their accuracy. <br />

<p>Our garage had water all over the floor.  We had no idea if a pipe had broken in a wall or if there was a slab leak.  My call was promptly answered and even though it was two days before Thanksgiving, they were able to send a technician out that day.  He discovered the clogged softener drain pipe and cleaned it out.  All is working perfectly.  I must add that the tech got stuck in traffic in Austin,but, I was called and told that he would be later than expected.  He arrived at 7p.m.cheerful and happy to help us.  I was very impressed with his dedication.</p> <br />

All went as planned and my tenants are happy with the new water heater.  I have used Parker and Sons several times this year. While I sometimes think the price is a little on the high side, it is worth paying for a service I can trust.  They are very responsive and can provide almost any plumbing services, including main sewer line. <br />

It started off great! With did lots of research before we decided to go with Parker & Son's Plumbing. Initially we met Anthony, who was great. We met with him many times to discuss plans, locate sewer lines, discuss price, etc. <br /> We have to break through the building foundation to gain access to the existing sewer line. We knew this process would be messy, but the diggers ran into a couple of problems, which resulted in creating a much larger hole than originally described. Honestly anyone would have run into the same issue. This problem was, the diggers, who were obviously not employees of Parker and Sons, but instead contracted labor, were unable to effectively communicate with the Plumbers on what actually needed to be done. This resulted in weeks of delays. <br /> After we cut the first check (1 of 3), we never heard from Anthony again. A plumber by the name of Mark showed up. There is simply no better way to put it.. this guy is absolutely terrible! He complained throughout the ENTIRE process, to both me and his colleagues. Everything that went wrong was ALWAYS someones else fault. After months of costly mistakes: <br /> 1. Flooding the building on two occasions <br /> 2. Forgetting to connect the HVAC drain Lines <br /> 3. Using the incorrect concrete to backfill hole in cement <br /> 4. Forgetting to remove the seals from the toilet <br /> 5. Forgetting the connect the hot water heaters <br /> and the list goes on... <br /> Finally, after months of construction delays due to the lack of communication and planning on Parker and Son's behalf, I finally got in touch with the owner, who was less than concerned with the state of the project. Mark was asked to never come back after he through a temper-tantrum in-front of the customer that's paying nearly $11,000 for a simple project.  <br /> Today, we have a sink that is falling off of the wall, causing water to pool in the front of the sink and still no hot water. When I raised my concern with the owner (again), I was simply told that they would place a lien on the property if I did not pay in full. I have a final check for $3,500 that was printed and signed on 9/17, that's ready to be given to Parker and Sons. We just can't seem to get them to fix the problem.  <br /> On a side note, the people who work in the office are very nice and professional. But they don't seem to have a clue! Depending on who you talk to, the update is different everytime.  <br /> <br /> <br />

Great customer service and worked fast in replacing a broken garbage disposal and installing a new one. <br />

Great, the contractor was very courteous and explained what needed to be done and price before performing work. Work was done as expected and also received a 1 year warranty on work.

Initially had to come back because the wrong service had been scheduled. Sent someone else out the same day. Service was performed. <br />
