These guys are fantastic. Very thorough and reliable. During the walk-through for an estimate Dee noticed all the details independently and took note of them - things like dust on the ceiling fan blades. They cleaned everything really well in that deep clean, even the window sashes. Since then they’ve been back for regular cleanings and quality has continued to be excellent. They are reliable, flexible, and very trustworthy. Definitely recommend.

Excellent. We are still partnering with Dee and her team for almost 3 years. She is absolutely wonderful to work with and I receive so many compliments on the cleanliness of our home. We hired D and her cleaning crew to clean our three story 4 bedroom House and her prices were amazing, and on top of it, the quality of work was top notch. They are always willing to accommodate schedules and guest plans and have always been in time and in great communication. If anything ever needed to change, they always communicated in advance and explained the reason in detail. I would not only hire them again for EVERY cleaning service we need, but I would recommend them over any other company, and I know cleaning, coming from a cleaning background! There is no need to look no further if you came across Parkes Cleaning! They are the BEST, in all areas, price, quality, timeliness, professionalism. Plus they use all safe, environmentally friendly products that are safe around my children and pets and smell amazing! Love them!!

Dee was awesome, she knew I was frantic and met me later that day. She called me with a quote when she said she would. Dee and her crew were at the rental at 1:30 the next day. They did a great job. I gave her a little extra to buy a couple bottles of wine. Dee is conscientious and hard working. I can't tell you how much I appreciate what she did for me. She's an angel. Dee Parkes and her staff have been cleaning my house monthly for almost two years, and I could not possibly be happier with their service! Dee and anyone who has ever come with her (usually family members) are all courteous, professional and conscientious workers - and they are also lovely, warm, good people, who I feel very comfortable having in my home. Dee has been very flexible in accommodating my schedule, and very agreeable with any specific/special requests I might have on a given day. Her pricing is very fair, and the cleaning work is always excellent. If there ever is any sort of small omission or problem, she immediately offers whatever is necessary to make it right (this is rare). I always look forward to coming home to a sparkling house after Dee has been there! I highly recommend Parkes Cleaning, and am happy to serve as a reference for anyone considering hiring Dee and her staff!

See (Parkes) and her team are phenomenal!!! She came to my house the 1 at time expecting to knock it out in 3-4 hours, but then realized how much larger the job was (which I already knew was larger than she thought) and refused to stop working - even for lunch - until it was done 8 hrs later! Her and her mother cleaned like madwowen. The house sparkles when they left. So much so that I have not only used her again and again, and gotten on a regular schedule, but have recommended her to friends.

Dee and her sister have cleaned my house three times now, I keep in touch by text and she always answers immediately, she is flexible if I need to change times a little and lets me know if she is running late. She is enthusiatic and lovely to deal with. AND she does a fabulous job! My windows are gorgeous, my floors have never been so shiny and clean. She is open to adding tasks, as needed and will also do laundry and make beds if you wish. <br /> I highly recommend her! <br />

I cannot speak highly enough about Ms. Parkes and her team. They are honest, professional, thorough and hard-working, not to mention kind and fun! Ms. Parkes ("D") is 100% responsible for all the details. If she forgets one thing, or if I ask for something to be done differently, Ms. Parkes makes sure it is corrected the next time, and from then on! It is a joy to work with them. The Owner Dee works along with her employees and they are very professional. They welcome feedback and suggestions. Dee really wants to find out what your priorities are and aims to please! She Listens to what you want done... how you want it done and then Follows through on it. I know I am very particular and I want things done a certain way. Not everyone has such a positive attitude..She values having the work and is not afraid to work hard. She and her employees are honest hard working people...You Can't find better!
