Park Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

<p>We were sold an upgraded system, that was supposed to be so energy-efficient that our heating and A/C bills would be reduced significantly. Because the entire ordeal with this provider lasted a year, I have compared the bills and there is no significant difference. So, first of all, I feel cheated.</p> <p>As for their customer service ... it is the worst I've encountered in my almost 30 years of homeownership. Appointments were made and, after taking off work and waiting, they didn't show or called at the last minute to advise that they didn't have the parts. Phone calls weren't returned or returned days later. The system was installed a year ago and I'm still not sure it has been cleared through the County Inspectors. Inspectors have been out 3 times, and the system never passed.</p> <p>I chose Park because I was a very satisfied customer of their maintenance program. However, something changed. I cannot offer my recommendation to this company, based on my experience.</p> <br />

Came out on time and day of sewer replacement and we were told it was a two day process and that's exactly what happened.  Passed inspection first time we could not be more happy. <br />

My tub drain was clogged and wouldn't clear up no matter what chemical I used. I saw on Park Mechanical's website that they had a drain cleaning discount going on so I called them. The plumber they sent out what a young guy named Eric. He cleared out my drain relatively fast and told me that pouring chemicals down my drain actually eats away at my pipes and that I should never do that. The drain cleaning came with a free sewer inspection so that was a nice freebie. Overall I would recommend Park Mechanical to everyone. <br />
