As always, excellent service provided by Nick and company. The Bake Igniter needed replacement and the oven is now working, thank you! We have used Nick and company on several occasions and he is always professional and knowledgeable. He is open to questions and appreciate his suggestions/recommendations.

Two people came to my house on time and just right after they checked my dryer they figured out what's wrong with it. Also, when they noticed more work would be necessary, they showed price that would be added for each step clearly. I really recommend this company.

Nick was responsive to my request to come out to fix our dryer. He was extremely thorough and made sure they tested all of the parts of the dryer to make sure that it was fixed correctly the first time. He had all of the parts needed to fix with him so he didn't have to make two separate trips.

My range hood fell down and Nick needed to repair/replace some of the venting and reinstall the hood. Nick scheduled quickly with me and was on time. He had someone to help as the hood is very heavy. Both men were polite, professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. Nick also tracked down a part I needed that I could purchase myself cheaper and recommended a cleaning product. I had no idea what a project like this should cost so I can't comment on the price - I put A as I couldn't leave it blank and am assuming Nick is fair.

Went Great! The old washing machine and gas dryer located on the second floor in our new place was holding water in the non visible backside of the drum which had to be removed before the "movers" could take away and replace with my existing machines. After some quick and efficient texting with Nick, he knew exactly what I needed and setup the appointment. Nick used a shop vac to drain the retained water, and disconnected the old machines so they wouldn't leak during the move. And then came back after the movers to properly and safely connect my older but good condition washer and dryer we moved with us. He made sure all the metal gas and rubber hoses in the back were replaced and properly connected, made sure the safety tub that the washer sits in was properly sealed, and that both the gas dryer and washer were working - gave me some great advice on how to use citric acid to keep the washer, dishwasher etc clean cheaply and naturally..... and then poof he was gone.....he will not waste your time.

Nick was super responsive and services our dryer next day. Was on time and quick. Would definitely recommend again.

Nick did everything to evaluate and work on the problem. A new refrigerator might be needed if there is not enough improvement in the temperature. I am still waiting before a decision is made. Nick has been very helpful in explaining what the next step should be if there is no improvement.

Nick came out the same morning, which I greatly appreciated. I have wood floors and he probably saved them from further damage. I have no idea what this service would typically cost, so I can't really comment if it was priced right, but he was definitely prompt, friendly and got the job done. Yes, I'd use him again.

Nick quickly determined the source of the dryer noise and repaired the screw banging around on the outside of the drum, tightened the others to prevent recurrence, and adjusted the hammer arrestor for the washer to stop the water backslapping. Nick has previously repaired my microwave and refrigerator with the same quick professional and successful result!

Nick not only repaired the issue but informed us on how to better maintain our refrigerator to optimize its functionality. He was professional and timely.

The dryer door switch was repaired and all sections of the dryer were checked and cleaned. The vent to the outside was checked as well as all functions of the dryer. Nick checked all areas of the dryer in a very thorough manner, and he answered all of my questions with detailed explanations. I was very happy with the experience and very grateful for the information he provided. I will definitely call Nick at Park Ridge Appliance first with any appliance issues.

Took unit apart and replaced broken igniter. Thoroughly cleaned unit out. Replaced old exhaust ducting and improved the airflow. Was able to schedule service for the next day and took about 2 hours overall.
