Now his son Lance owns Parley's PPM and carries on a strong tradition of excellent service. We are not your average heating, cooling and plumbing specialists. "Mr. [member name removed], thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. I spoke with me technician and he had to rewire the motor to get it to work through the night for you. He also said that $650 was a fair price to replace that motor. After our cost on the motor I can assure you we would've been fair. If you purchase a motor online and would like us to quote you on installing that please let us know. As far as the technician running behind, we do apologize for that. Our technicians are told to not leave a customers home until they fully complete the job at hand. In this case the job he was on before yours took more time than he originally thought. We do our best to set the right expectations for how long a job may take. Sometimes the tech may run into other issues and take longer than expected. In this case he was 30 min behind, either way we should've called you to let you know. Lastly we've decided to NOT charge you for your original service call/band-aid repair. You owe us $0.00.
