Parrain's Heating and Air Conditioning

You know I really held off writing this review because I didn’t want to. I was hoping they would do the right thing and I would not have to do this because I hate doing this. We had used Parrians in the past and they had done a wonderful job with service, so we choose them to replace our whole unit when the time came. Not only have they had to come out 3 times since installing the new unit. One of times was because the AC work upstairs was done horribly, where the unit busted open like a can of biscuits not even two months in and then the guy had the nerve to blame it on the other guy he was with when he installed it that day. Ok so you don’t check your work? So I asked for someone Senior to come out and check the work that was done to ensure this doesn’t keep happening and someone came and they were here for 2 mins, so I can sleep well knowing nothing was truly checked. I had also asked them to raise the ducts as our inspector had told us having them lay on the attic floor was not up to code, so I knew when I got a new system I wanted this done. They said they could do it and it was included. I even asked again when they were here installing it and was told yes mam we will come back and raise them in the winter but it’s too hot right now. Now we are told that it was NEVER included after we asked at least 3x times, 2x to the sales guy and then again to the guys installing we were assured this was apart of the deal. I’m honestly just so disappointed and disgusted that we were lied to like this and will be crying all night so thanks. They also cracked my ceiling and it’s still not fixed 2 months in. Guess lesson learned but I won’t be using them or recommending them ever again. Real shame. Now I have to find another ac company to come check their work and hang the ducts. Gotta love it.

I called Parrain's when my heat went out during one of our colder times a month or so ago. First, I talked with human beings, not machines. Second, they came as soon as possible. Third, they tried everything before replacing my heating unit. Fourth, they checked everything! They fixed everything. They even returned and replaced a section of my wheelchair ramp which had rotted!!!!! Not on the bill, an act of kindness. Fifth, the cost of all this was very reasonable. This team is amazing. I recommend them without reservation.

The technician checked out the unit, and informed me of his findings. He explained how to keep the unit running well. Great job and honest.
