Pleasant Valley construction & cleaning

They came in and cleaned my house every 6 days for the past year, on a professional level, went above and beyond, and did a good job. I was very satisfied with everything they did and would highly recommend them.

On April 1 Austin Parry came to my house to look at the work i need to be done. I needed small wall to be repaired and the ceiling replaced at the entryway. also, one outlet to be replaced. Austin gave me the price of 1,000.00 dollars. I gave him 500.00 dollars down. i paid through paypal to his girlfriend, Latisha Hafelin. Austin and i both signed a receipt. on April 5th and 14th he emailed me to say he would be coming to do the work soon. On April 27 I emailed Austin to see when he was coming to do my work. He said he fired his guy and was behind on his work and would do my work in about 2 weeks. May 2nd Austin texted me to ask if i was going to be around May 3rd and i said yes. He never showed, called or texted me. On May 16th i texted austin to see if he could call me. Up to that point I heard nothing from him. May 17th i texted to see if he got my message. Got a text back saying they just seen my message and that i was scheduled for the 29th at 8am. Said things took longer because he got real sick. He did not come on the 29th because he realize it was a holiday and his wife made plans. (all this time he never communicated with me) he said he would be there the next day which is May 30. i ask what time and he never answered me back. I texted him later in the day on May 30 and asked for him to Paypal my 500.00 back to me. Still no answer. i kept texting him from there on to contact. me. and no answer. i continued till June 13th! I called the number i was texted and the message i get is that the Verizon customer is not available. It still says that to this day. Im not sure of the date but i looked up Parrys on Angie and found another phone number and called it. Latisha answered and said she would talk to Austin about getting the work done. I told her i did not want it done and wanted her to paypal my on 500.00 dollars back to me. she said she would. On July 17th she texted me and said she spoke to Austin and he said he was giving me my money back and she would paypal it back to me on that Friday July 21. I never got it. i texted them on July 22 asking if they were sending my money. they texted back saying yes but they are out of town at the moment. i told them i wanted it that day. Never got an answer. and to this day July 31 2023 I have heard nothing. Even when i Call! Its been 4 months.
