They did a decent job for the first time cleaning our home

Two cleaners came - they were on time and the work I asked for was done. I have hired them to clean for me regularly and I have been happy with their service.

Pricing seemed pretty average. I would use them again. There were 2 people and it was about 8 work hours, 8 or 9.

Our cleaner was excellent, very detailed work and I would hire again.

I was told I would get 2 cleaners for 5 hours, only 1 cleaner showed up. When I went over to check on the progress being made after over 3 hours into my 5 hour time frame, I was VERY disappointed with the lack of work that was accomplished. The cleaner had only completed 1 item on my list! I still needed ceiling fans cleaned, she hadn't touched the bathrooms, the windows sills were a mess, vacuuming had not occurred AND the cleaner came unprepared with very little cleaning supplies (I had inquired about this prior to booking). The house did not look or smell clean at all. When I called to complain I was accused of trying to get a free cleaning and met with sarcasm and argumentative behavior from the owner. I paid for 3 hours of work and terminated the cleaning. BUYER BEWARE!

Natalie was great in accomodating the move-out cleaning at short notice. Although only one person did the job, that person (Ashley) worked hard and did a great job. It would have been better if they kept swiffers for faster dusting and cleaning of blinds.

They were on time and started right after a brief discussion of priorities. The worked steadily the entire time. The house looked great when they were done and didn't smell of cleaning products. I am having them come regularly.

Fantastic. I had another company there to remove and replace the laminate kitchen counter and old sink with a new granite kitchen counter and new sink. The kitchen counter people that were sent did not know how to remove a garbage disposal or reverse osmosis kitchen sink faucet but this company did in just a few minutes. This company and I went together to a large hardware store chain to shop together to get all the things we need for the list of repairs I had. They showed me the TYPES of items to pick out and I picked out the style I wanted. No other construction/cleaning company would go with the property owner and shop together but did. They did a lot of the work listed above in the just the first day. They did an EXCELLENT job, worked quick, knew what they were doing (they also removed the garbage disposal and water filter system better than the kitchen counter top company), and they did a lot of the work listed above in just the first day. I will use them for my own home and also my rental properties (apartment building, single family homes).

it was fine, only one cleaner came, she was excellent, it is a big house and has a lot for one person to clean but they did very well. very nice, very efficient.

I happened to be in and out of the house during the cleaning, I noticed that after 1 and a half hours all that had been done was 1 small room was vacuumed and the first bathroom was being worked on. I then re-iterated that the priority is to get the bathrooms cleaned and the floors done. This is definitely not unreasonable in 4 hours since many cleaners have done much more in that same amount of time. The areas that were cleaned were done fine, however, it was just VERY slow service. After 4 hours, 2 bathrooms were cleaned (just fine), a kitchen stove. Floors and living room seemed to be untouched (maybe vacuumed, but there was still dust and debris in main areas).  <br> <br>I sent a text after the service, however did not get any response or action to correct. <br> <br>

 Provider showed up on time and did a satisfactory, but not exemplary, job of routine housecleaning chores that included vacuuming , dusting and general cleaning but omitted cleaning the microwave. The trash cans in both bed rooms ,the living room and especially the kitchen were <b>not</b> emptied. Any basic cleaning service should at the very least include emptying the trash. The scope of the work to be preformed was not discussed prior to her starting. She took two breaks to make cell phone calls totaling about 15 minutes and left 20 minutes early. She told me upon leaving that "she would stay a bit longer but she would be late for her next appointment and she was overbooked" There are much better services available.

Excellent work. Very impressed with the results.
