Superbly as always. John is an outstanding craftsman, who does not push for sales and makes recommendations based on his experience. He arrived as scheduled. Did the replacement of screen material. Checked that screens were operating properly and took away the old material.

He meticulously checks that everything works as it should after the installation and asks to be called should there be any problems in the future. Prices are fair for the quality of his work. John replaced the rollers on 3 large patio doors AND provided 3 brand new screen doors, all for the same price a competitor quoted for repairing the doors. Very professional service, I highly recommend Patio Door Service.

Unfortunately, no one showed up during the appointed 2-hour period. When I called I was told there had been a mix-up and someone would arrive the following day, which actually happened right at the beginning of the 2-hour period the next day. It was suggested that all 3 of my patio doors could use a re-screening, which I was aware they needed. Within 20 minutes, all 3 doors had been re-screened and were back on track, sliding easily and looking great, and I was only charged for the re-screening. Despite the initial glitch, I would definitely use Patio Door Service again.

These guys were awesome. Showed up as promised, on time, and completed the work in just under an hour. The door glides like it never has before. I'll use and recommend them in the future.

We also expanded the job to include replacement of all of our old and weather-worn sunscreens. Again, super-pleased with the results!

The work required to appointments, one to measure the windows and the other to install the screens. One of the windows to be screened wasn't exactly square. The first screen made for it had to be remade. It had to be bent slightly to fit, but I do not consider that the vendor's fault. All in all, it was a good experience.

John did an excellent job replacing the bottom track and installing new rollers. I couldn't believe how quickly the work was completed.

The house we just bought did not have a patio screen door...and we wanted one, it is an 8 ft. door, not a standard size you would go pick up at Home Depot or Lowe's...as we found out. John was out here in a matter of a couple of days to measure, etc. and we had our door before we knew it. It fits great and we are so pleased with it. He was easy to work with and to get in touch with too. PLUS we hired him to install our front door security screen door, (for a fee) another thing the house did not have that we wanted, and he worked that in, no problem! I feel he cared that we were both pleased with the work and the completed project, plus he cleaned up after himself, I really appreciated that! I am SURE with time we will need more work done here, and I know we will call John! I would definitely recommend "Patio Door Service" to anyone needing a new door or a tune up on their present one.

John was awesome - called Tuesday and came Wednesday ( a day earlier than scheduled) - looked at tge door which could barely be opened and said he would have it sliding with the pull of one finger within 30-45 minutes and he definitely delivered! The door slides better than new - he believes in repair and is amazingly efficient at what he does!!
