Communication is sparse. It has been a month and still no permit. I have had to follow up with the city when they should be advocating for the customer to find out what is taking so long. Was pleased up until this point. The customer service is lacking.

Installers were very friendly, and knew what they were doing. The only issue would be the bits of aluminum cuttings and a few slivers left behind from the cutting of components on-site.

The two men who installed the Screen room were friendly, courteous, and professional. They were on the job first thing in the morning when they said they would be and the job was completed by early afternoon. The patio is a great asset to our home.
