About a year ago I bought a condo with an A/C of more than 30 years old. Darrel reviewed the attic with the A/C, explained in detail what has to be done, and offered a competitive price. So, I chose Patriot Contracting out of three other companies and didn't regret my choice. Darrel replaced the A/C and ducts. He attached all the ducts to ceiling outlets with straps and special tape, coated all joints with special mastic to avoid leaks, and overall did a great job. The work/quality ratio was excellent. My A/C works very well and I highly recommend Patriot Contracting and Darrel if you need to do any A/C replacement or repair.

Darrell was on time, efficient, professional, excellent communication skills explained what he was doing, and supplied photos when the work was complete. He is very humble and kind.

He fix and changed the capacitor. He made time and treat us a priority and he did a great job.

It was great. They were very clean, they were done within 2 days, and provided temporary A/C unit while doing some changes.

Value. When you get quotes that are very reasonable you assume the work will be on the lower end. They’ve replaced 4 units in the few properties I’ve owned and from consultation to completed service there’s a quality of work, communication and speed that I’ve loved. True craftsman and they Take a genuine pride in the work.

Patriot installed everything as quoted, plus some unexpected issues which arose after quote. Installation was done in very professional manner, extremely clean installation. All debris and old equipment removed. Very professional contractor. Went above and beyond my expectations for installation. Would HIGHLY recommend if you need AC repair or replacement.
