We provided a large deposit for our drainage, grass and retaining wall project. When phase one was about half completed, we were told they no longer had funds to finish the job caused by personal situation within the company. We only dealt and met with the husband; this company is set up as a woman owned company (his wife currently). We have not received a refund for the unused portion of the deposit.

John was patient with us asking question after question. Never in a hurry. John’s whole crew went above and beyond. Cares about the homeowner’s circumstances. His crew did an excellent job in a timely manner. John is very knowledgeable on housing repairs. Helped us with other problems we had. John and his crew were also very courteous. I would highly recommend this company. Was so much cheaper than other estimates with same lifetime warranty.

took most of five days. patriot crew went above and beyond doing things like depositing excavated dirt to build a berm and raising a low spot in another part of the yard. they also hauled off concrete debris that was underneath the house and left us some river rock that wasn't used on the french drains. ventilation system appears to be working as advertised. we were so pleased that my wife baked them some chocolate-chip cookies. they were also pleased.

John contacted me promptly upon my request, made an appointment to come out and assess the situation, gave me a fair and reasonable quote. I got two other quotes from other companies. Both had to be called more than once to remind them to come out. Patriot Foundation’s work was done very well and his men cleaned up the area nicely. You can’t even tell where the cracks in the wall used to be.

Had 5 guys working with him, Because of my backyard is with a bunch of ponds and its been going on for a long time its a drainage that they did. They arrived by 8:30 in the morning. On time and they cleaned up good, very professional and thorough. They were very transparent and trustworthy. I'm very satisfied with the service.
