Awesome! Mike, Chad and Cam were fabulous! They kept us informed during the entire process. They were very flexible, courteous, professional and detail oriented. We were hesitant to undertake this project due to the potential inconvenience but they made the entire process painless. The results were outstanding and exceeded our expectations! Will definitely use them again- already thinking of adding even more hardwoods to our home.

They were supposed to do two coats of finish on the floor and they only did one. They installed the trim but never painted it. They showed up smelling like pot. Nice guys but not the best work.

Patriot was responsive and got the job done pretty quickly! I had a small 12x12 room with a painted hardwood floor that needed refinished. Turned out greatI have more work that I'd like to have done down the road and plan on hiring them again! Go Pacers!

Goes against my grain to post negative comments, However, hired Patriot Wood Floors due to glowing remarks on Nextdoor & Angies List First, I will say that Floors look beautiful but new owner Chad Rieger in the end was unwilling to own up to multiple problems. Quote equal to others but I liked Chad (who I was led to believe during quoting was previous owner Nathan Kelly). 1) Cash discount. Wanted actual $6k in cash. Reluctantly Ended up settling for Cashiers Check but pushed for cash. ? ?? 2) didn’t remove white shoe moulding & stain was all over it and even on walls. Left it there without fixing or telling me & I had to require (b4 paying) to come back to paint over it. Doesn’t look as nice as it did b4 they started bc couldn’t match exactly. 3) Denied getting stain in both sides of Stainless Steel High End Double kitchen sink & refused to come rectify. Noticed after payment. (Getting house ready to sell. No one else in house (empty). HAD to be them. (Paid another professional to remove w/acetone) 4) other small annoyances that added up to unacceptable. Vacillated for several days before posting but since prior owner had glowing reviews felt the switching ownership needed to be known.

I can't tell you how please I am with the final product. I had heard that changing the color of red oak to the color I wanted might be difficult but after my 1st phone call with Nate he assumed me he could get it done. Wow! His crew stained 8 small 1 ft. x 1 ft.sections so I could see how different colors would actually look on my floor vs. just looking at small samples and I was able to pick from that. I went with a gray color with a little bit of brown and absolutely loved it! It's the 1st thing people mention when they come in my home! He noticed that I had some dinning room furniture delivered soon after the floor was done so he stopped by and dropped off some stick on pads to place under the furniture to help protect the wood and gave me a Bona wood floor cleaner. He and his crew were always easy to communicate with and I would use them again in a second. Highly recommend them!!

They were really professional. They are very detailed and give you all the information that you need. They floors turned out great.

Great. We are super happy with the results. We had an older home, so it was a little tricky to deal with but the results were just what we were looking for. They did exactly what they said they would do. We would use them again for sure for any other projects.

Nathan at Patriot was very responsive to my initial inquiry, calling me after normal business hours for them. They were able to get out to the house the next day for a quote and start the day after. All the other companies I received quotes from had at least a week waiting time and were significantly more expensive. Patriot offered a discount for paying cash, and many other providers didn't. I appreciated their level of communication with me throughout the process, and they were finished on time. Nathan even came back in to do a final walk through with me to make sure everything was as requested. Would definitely use them again! Work completed by Patriot: - sand floors - refinish with color - replace metal floor grates with wood grates that matched new color and were flush with floor - small wood floor patch work near a door frame

Floors look better than new! Nathan prestained an area so we could make final color choice. He and his crew moved the bigger furniture and also moved and reconnected kitchen appliances. The odor was very manageable. We were able to stay in the house with our cat and only had to open the windows in upstairs bedroom one night.
