The painting job was well done! I was so happy with the quality of the work. Communication was prompt as was follow up. I would definitely recommend, and will hire this company again!

I initially called Chris to just power wash my roof, but once he showed up to give me a quote, I was so impressed with how he explained the process in how he would power spray the roof, I ended up asking him to also provide me a quote for painting the exterior of my house and to re-stain my stamped concrete front walkway. He used an environmentally safe cleaning solution that sat on the roof for about 15 minutes to give the solution time to break down the algae, dirt and grime. My roof looks amazing because you can now see the rich color of the tile. Chris also cleaned the solar panels on my roof. The tile literally looks brand new. Chris’ painting skills are top notch. He knocked it out the park with painting the exterior of my home and re-staining my walkway. He’s very neat, clean and detailed. His prices are very, very reasonable. He shows up to work on time and is very dependable. He listens very patiently to what you want. You definitely won’t be disappointed with Chris. Lastly, on a side note, you will love Chris’ gorgeous smile ?..

To say this job far exceeded expectations is still not enough to relay the absolutely gorgeous outcome of my home. This particular job entailed interior paint + doors, cabinetry, and running boards throughout the entire 1900 sq ft home. Chris not only worked around numerous other contractors & movers, but also worked around my families work/schedule throughout without hesitation. The entire job was done with the utmost professionalism without disruption to our home life and the outcome was absolutely beautiful!

I used this Chris a couple of times and he was great. He was efficient and arrived on time when promised. He was able to remove all the leaves, twigs, and tree branches from my townhome roof , patio, and two car carport. He even went over and beyond when he cleaned tree branches and leaves of the carport covering. His pricing was very reasonable and competitively lower than others. Chris came recommended by 2 of our neighbors and he lived up to the hype. He did an amazing job painting our front room for a very reasonable price, it's flawless! He answered all our questions, gave needed feedback on paint colors, and was clean and efficient. The only problem is now the rest of the house looks awful in comparison so I guess we need to address that lol. we highly recommend him!

Chris did an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable and helped recommend what colors look good on a house. He started by pressure washing the whole house down and prepping it. Note: the house had not been painted in a very long time. Besides doing such a great job on painting the exterior of the house and his keen eye with attention to detail (which by the way, he also removed our old air conditioner, including patching the hole up with drywall on the interior side of the house and patched the outside with stucco to match the rest of the house. Additionally, he pressure washed the back patio area and driveway. The house looks awesome now. I’ll will for sure be looking to hire him and Patriot Painting and Pressure Washing for the interior, as well. Thank you Chris!
