Patriot Inspections responded quickly to mob inquiry and we set a time to do the inspection. During the inspection they arrived early and walked us through the house pointing out area's of concern or to note. They were very thorough and informative and were able to provide assistance in other areas. They provided an email very shortly after the inspection with the completed report. It helped having 2 inspectors at the house during the service. I would definitely use them again.

Mike was fantastic! My husband and I were overwhelmed with the process of buying our first home and were expecting every step to be confusing and frustrating. Upon meeting Mike, he was incredibly friendly and personable, he invited us to follow him around and explained everything to us in a very easy to understand and patient manner. The professionalism, attention to detail and thoroughness that Mike and Steve exhibited was amazing. We couldn't be more appreciative for the thorough inspection that Mike and Steve performed. They were 30 minutes early and started the inspection of the outside of the house right away. They took their time with each step and clearly explained what they are looking for, what they found, and specifically what their findings mean to include the details that are necessary for a VA Mortgage. They also provided information and great tips about how to care for the house moving forward. Within 45 minutes after the inspection, we were provided with a detailed report complete with photos and helpful descriptions of their findings around the house. Mike even included pictures and instructions of the water valves that I jokingly said that I was probably going to have to call him in the Fall regarding the shut-off valve for the outside shower. They are absolutely an amazing team to work with and will recommend them to anyone looking for a Home Inspector.

Mike of Patriot Property Inspections delivered a perfect experience. Arrived on time (slightly early, after asking in advance if early arrival was ok), was friendly yet professional, and completed inspection in about 50min (estimate was no more than 2 hours). More importantly, however, the final copy inspection I received is exhaustive and extremely informative. In addition to covering everything, Mike personally talked me through some of the commentary he would be making in the report prior to leaving my house and generating the final copy of the inspection and gladly talked through some of the questions I had about some of his findings or advice on how to act on some of the issues discovered. I choose the following words carefully: the service rendered was absolutely perfect.

Mike and another inspector from his team worked together and completed a very thorough inspection in a couple of hours. They found a few areas that need immediate attention and provided me with guidance on what steps I should take to remediate them, as well as estimates as to what they believed the work would cost. The report was emailed to me a few hours after the inspection took place. It was very easy to understand and put together very well. After taking a day to review it, I reached out to Mike to ask a few follow up questions and he called me back within a couple of hours when he was between jobs. That was very impressive, and appreciated! Overall, the experience I had with Patriot Property Inspections was great, and I would highly recommend them.

Mike and Steve came through to inspect the new home I am buying a week or so ago. I was present during the inspection, and I have to say I was incredibly impressed at the attention to detail they exhibited. I was walked through any potential issue on the spot and was informed of the potential future issues, cost of repairs, etc. Not only that, he arrived 30 minutes early to conduct a preliminary outdoor inspection. I received the report back via email a few hours after the actual inspection, and was blown away at how much information and pictures were included. It was a total of 65 pages with detailed descriptions of every potential issue. Compare that to the 15 pages report that was done in my house I am selling (which another inspector conducted) which lacked clarity, detail, pictures, etc. Even when I had a question about something on the report, I emailed him and received a response within an hour or two. Mike also has a program he uses called Recallchek, which runs serial numbers of appliances and other items to determine if there are any recalls. Sure enough, a recall came back for my refrigerator. It is great to be armed with this information. As an added bonus, Mike is a military veteran, something I can appreciate very much, and am very happy to support. The bottom line is that you should absolutely hire Mike and his team for your property inspections. It is WELL worth the cost for a quality inspection, and I would gladly give Mike a call again when needed. Keep the great work!

It couldn't go better, this is the second inspection done by this wonderful team, their are very professinal, always earlier to perform the service, very pleasant and welcoming which will make the process stress free. I love his report full of pictures so you know what it is and follow by details and recommendations, and he will show himself available for futher questions ... I could go on and on, basically I just want to share my good experience and thank Mike and Steve for the wonderfull job rendered to us, I strongly recommend their service for your piece of mind and for more education about your future home.

He was already there when I showed up. He had an assistant with him which expedited the process. As a first time buyer it was important for me to be able to go through the inspection with him, ask questions etc. so I know what I'm looking at. Mike explained up front what he was going to do, and encouraged me to walk through the home with him. He offered explanations that made sense and were easy to follow, and thoughtfully answered any questions I had. I found him to be professional, and also approachable. He provided a detailed report, a home owner's manual, and also provided the termite inspection required for my VA loan at no additional charge. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. Price was comparable to other quotes I received, service was exceptional, and he's also a veteran.

I have always had a good experience working with Mike Auger and his assistant, Steve. His technology and tools are a big plus, because he is able to view high roofs with his telescoping camera. He uses moisture meters to verify if a roof is suspected of active leaks. He gets the report back within hours which is a big plus in the real estate business. Because there are two people doing the inspection, it takes half the time (plus they are always early and start on the outside). Mike encourages the buyer to follow him around and learn about the house too.

Mike helped me to understand what his job entailed as well as why the inspection of everything is so important. He guided me through his inspection showed me the issues he found and was able to help me understand how these issues went wrong. Mike schooled me in the mechanics of the house too. Mike Auger and his brother showed up early, were careful and thorough in their inspection, and were patient and attentive in answering all our questions. Within 1-2 hours of the inspection, we received his written report, complete with pictures. Since he took the time to explain each of his observations, there were no surprises. He also collected appliance information as part of the recall monitoring service which he provides to his client. Before and after the inspection, Mike was very responsive to our (additional) questions via email. <br /> <br /> Overall, we were especially impressed by the inspectors' professionalism and would have no hesitation referring any of our friends to Mike's company for a home inspection.

Mike was just wonderful.  First, he was far more responsive than any of the other inspectors we contacted.  On the day of the inspection, he actually arrived early, and spent a great deal of time with us.  He was friendly and extremely professional.  He explained everything thoroughly that he was looking without once talking either down to us or over-explaining with esoteric language. (No "mansplaining" as my partner puts it.)  He also provided many suggestions and answered every question we had, which were many.  Since we were first-time homebuyers, this was invaluable to us.  He emailed his full written report to us that same evening, and he quickly answered all follow up questions that we had over the next few weeks.  We would highly recommend him to anybody buying a home! <br />
