Couldn’t get a hold of anyone on a Saturday they answered and were here promptly.Ended up needing a new furnace fixed me up for the weekend and came first thing Monday.Very professional and quick.Would recommend them very highly and would hire them again.

Quick response. Quick diagnoses, was fixed the following week. Price was fair. Did not offer to wear a mask as a courtesy when entering my house. Otherwise no complaints.

first visit identified circuit card not sending start signal to heat pump. card was replaced, but unit still didn't run. turns out it was completely out of Freon, though when pressure tested, it did not exhibit leakage. after recharging the unit it is working well. followup will be to evaluate Freon pressure after several weeks of operation to see if any indication of leakage has occurred. It wasn't obvious that the Freon had leaked out and, when last operated last Fall no indication of problems existed. I have several gas, and smoke sensors through the house, which are regularly checked, and none had alarmed. We'll continue to monitor regularly to assess if the leakage is regular but slow, or if it's a one-time event.

Couldn't be happier! The new furnace is so quiet it's hard to hear when it is running. This is the first time we have had central air and we will never go without again. Pat put in a very efficient system. I have known Pat since childhood and trust him and his work.
