He called ahead to let us know he would arrive in about 20 minutes.. He was very helpful. Patiently answered all my husbands questions. He identified the problems quickly, gave us options. We decided to go ahead with him to repair the dryer. but not do anything with the ice machine He was very nice and took care of it quickly

Great! I asked some family and friends for some recommendations. My brother gave me Patrick's number, who I believe is the owner? He's had him by to fix some of his appliances in a previous company he's worked for and liked him, so he grabbed his contact info which he passed along to me. Talked to him quite a bit during the whole process, great guy. Nice to have someone who is trying to make a good impression with their customers. I've dealt with some individuals in the past who I really wouldn't deal with again.
