Since 1982 Patten Pool Repair has been servicing customers in the area with repairs, remodeling and weekly maintenance of their swimming pools. Our vans are outfitted with adequate parts to handle 95% of repairs on the first visit. We can handle all brands of equipment, salt and standard chlorine systems and all types of finishes (plaster, StoneScape, Diamond Bright, etc). Our Texas Contractors License is #802 which indicates we are licensed and insured. Angie's List has awarded Patten Pool Repair the distinguished Super Service Award for 2014 and 2015.

I've used Patten several times for repair and maintenance, and I've always been satisfied. Most recently, Brandon came out and cleaned our pool filters for us, thus saving my back a fair amount of pain. I will call them again when I need help.

Great! The equipment was making a strange noise on a Friday evening and Bill, the owner, came out himself Saturday morning to check it out. They had their guy on the job right away (we had to have two parts replaced) both times.

Instead Ron found it was rusted and with some maintenance and setting it to go off regularly each day for a few minutes, the unit is working just fine. This was critical as when the temperature gets near freezing, this unit is supposed to turn on to prevent freezing. Additionally, I could hear the motor was going out on my Polaris after 16 years, and Ron replaced it at an affordable price the same day. Quality work every time.

This is the first time I used Patten Pool Service, but I'm sure it won't be the last. I called the number and the receptionist was very knowledgable about the problems with my pool. They actually answered the phone!!! She scheduled a service man to come to my house within two days. I didn't even have to be there for the repair!! The work was done very professionally and my pool it back in service. They charged me a reasonable amount for the repair. This was probably the easiest pool repair I have ever had in the 12 years I have owned my pool. Based on my experience, I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Tile not clean. Allowed blast media to stay in bottom of pool and then acid washed. Allowed acid and blast media to remain in bottom of pool and spa resulting in the dark blast media to become impregnated into softened plaster. Result is dark grit permanently impregnated in white plaster. The service and follow through was below amateurish and repeated phone calls and emails did not resolve the matter. Avoid these people. Run as fast as you can. They are not professional and will not stand behind their work. I simply gave up on these people to get them out of our lives.

"The customer does have a point about the lack of quality in the tile clean but please let it be a notice to those looking to use glass tile around their pool. The glass will become hazy after cleaning using a blast media. Not sure about the white plaster issue as he had an aggregate finish. In retrospect I understand [Member Name Removed] unhappiness but I think the only issue is the glass tile characteristics. We did replace the tile on his infinity edge with a comparable 1x1 glass tile as his was discontinued which he was pleased with at the time. Not sure why he gave an F which implies there was no redeeming value to the project which is incorrect."

Patton Pool Repair was excellent. We called several pool repair companies that day, and they were the only ones to call us back. They had an opening that day because someone canceled. He came while we were away and communicated efficiently with me and my husband about cost and timing. We had looked into doing it ourselves, and it ended up being close to the same price. The best part was that he was able to replace the unit that day and have our pool back up and running. Great back office staff as well. Completely satisfied. <br />

While we were generally happy with the job done by the company who installed our backyard pool three years ago, a miscommunication with one of their subcontractors caused some of the pipes to be misaligned. It wasn't a huge problem, but required an awkward bypass. It made it difficult to remove the salt chlorine generator and clean it; and one of the fittings recently began to leak. I looked on Angies List and found that Patten had a very good reputation. I contacted them, and within a couple of days Bill England came by, looked the situation over, and came up with a sensible fix at a reasonable price. Rainy weather held things up for a couple of days, but a crew came out and took care of the problem very nicely. All in all, it was a pleasant experience dealing with this company, and I am very happy with the work they did.

Jake showed up during the scheduled time. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He has always completed the <br /> jobs in a timely matter. He carries most of the supplies in his truck so there is no down time. <br /> The difference in cost between the 2 filters was minimal, I should have purchased the correct filter from Patten. <br /> Jake gave me an estimate on each job before leaving. The second job was done during a recent warm spell. Jake was busy but said he would be back early the following week to do the work. I came home Monday to find the filter in and the pump repaired. <br /> The invoice was on my front door. <br /> Patten Pool Repair (Jake and the woman in the office taking calls) have always been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and exceptionally easy to work with. <br /> They will have all of my business from now on. <br /> <br />
