It went very well. They did an excellent job. They had all the right equipment and all the right crew. They were on time and curtious.

He did a great job. His guys did a good job as well, they cleaned up. They did extra things without extra charge like trimming the trees around my driveways.

Initially I only wanted a quote, but he showed up with a truck with an hydraulic boom, a hard working crew, all the tools and a decent price quote once we walked around and I had explained what I wanted. Mr. Ward and his crew never stopped until what I asked for was done. I would use this crew again and recommend them. I have one neighbor who had one taller pine removed down to a 10 foot remaining stump for just under a thousand by another vendor and the owner of the house that I might of hit if I removed today's tall pine paid 700 just to have a 20 foot cedar vera removed about 5 years ago by still another vendor.

Paul Bunyon Tree Service did an amazing job with removing 1 Magnolia tree removed from my front yard. They was very fast and professional. They cleaned up my yard when finished and The price was great. I had got 3 different estimates from different tree services but Paul Bunyon Tree Service beat all there prices. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They stopped at our house Nov 5, 2016 and asked to remove a dead tree in our yard. We agreed on a price to have the tree cut, moved to the street, and the stump removed. They did not have a stump grinded and I generously agreed to give them 2 weeks - which was a Major factor in us hiring them to do the job. I paid them the full amount that day in good faith. After 4 weeks we called to check on the stump. We have left numerous voicemails and messages with Phillip- all with no response. Someone who knows the owner (but does not work for them) contacted me about the situation. He assured me the owner would call me a week later- that was about a month ago. We are extremely disappointed with the integrity of the company. At least a response to all of our messages would be expected from a reputable company. We have two more trees at our properties we had planned to have them cut as well. Thankfully we did not agree to do those trees that Saturday. The work they performed was quality. However, being in business ourselves, we know integrity and honesty are the most important things in business. I hate to write this and would be happy to remove it if our work were completed.

The price was good. Phillip did the cutting and does a good job. His crew told me that they'd clean my yard up better if I'd tip them $25 each--which I deem part of their job and unproffesiaonl. I asked for the limbs to be put on the street but they put it in the yard, at the road. When the city came to pickup the limbs, they tore up the grass. In a pinch, I would consider using them again but I'm going to try another company.
