"This was an emergency service provided after regular business hours to the property owner to board up their home in the night from a storm that had come through the area. The homeowner's insurance agent had requested we contact the homeowner to assist them. The charges were appropriate for the emergency service, after hours assistance provided. Other companies charge minimums for similar jobs that many times are over $1,000 with no distinction on what the work being done is as it again is emergency service and after hours service calls."
