The initial call went great - and they very promptly came out to assess the work. I also found the pricing to be competitive and the was happy with the final product. The only reason why I didn't give "all a's" was due to communication and scheduling - I think this could've gone more smoothly; it was only a sticking point because we were coordinating other projects around the removal of the tree and stumps. All said and done, we found the staff to be friendly and the work done well. <br />

Although I contacted the company more than a year after the original estimate, they still had the details of the offer and were quick in coming to carry out the work for the original price. The tree was removed without any damage to the surrounding plants and the area was left in a tidy state. The workers were friendly, proessional and well organised. <br />

The team at Pauley was unbelievably professional. From our first phone call and the walk-through of our property, it was obvious to me that we were dealing with people who knew their trees. Communication was great, letting me know when they would start and following up after the job to make sure we were satisfied. They spent several days on our property working. The workers were very polite, thorough, and cleaned up every bit of brush from the pruning. My husband (who originally balked at the quote) is now adamant that Pauley was worth every penny. We will definitely use them every year to work on our trees and recommend them unreservedly. <br />

You couldn't ask for a company that's more friendly and easy to work with. All it took was one phone call for the office manager to quickly send someone out to provide a comprehensive quote via email. All I had to do to schedule the work was reply to the email. It couldn't have been any quicker or easier. <br />

The staff is very competent, knowledgeable and professional. We had to do the work in increments as we received money from our insurance and FEMA.The delay was mostly that we only could afford to do a bit at a time in 4 phases, however, the last of it we had to wait considerably for them to be available to complete the project which by this time we were very anxious to complete, but I suppose this was their season and we had to wait our turn. <br />

lWe had emergency tree service needed after Hurricane Sandy. I had called several companies and only Bruce Pauley responded, still to date. They sent over a professional arborist to see what needed to be done, how <br /> urgent it was and give a ballpark estimate. <br /> Due to how badly the surrounding area has been hit, they recognized the urgency for us and were able to get a crew to clear out our driveway immediately in order to get a crane up to the house and remove a tree from it. <br /> The arborist was very professional and knew exactly what we needed. I think due to the extreme circumstance, our urgent care was dealt with as best as could be expected. They forewarned us that the clean-up would or could take weeks and that they were going from property to property to take care of the emergencies first. This makes total sense to us, therefore, we are not rating them poorly on punctuality even though the work is not complete. They did call back, come to inspect promptly and although it was not immediate care, I think they did the best anyone could expect from a tree service under the circumstances. <br /> Their team are extremely professional and they work together in unison. They have a plan, and they get it done quickly. l was very impressed to watch these guys work. And when they brought in an outside 30 ton crane I felt the same way. It was an amazing experience to see the precision and know-how when these men strapped, cut, lifted this enormous tree off <br /> our roof in 3 huge pieces. <br /> To be continued once they come back to help us with the rest of the clean-up. <br />

I was actually out of town the last time they did work for me, since the weather split part of a tree. I dealt with them by phone to take care of it, and they did. Their prices are good and they’ve been professional. They’re not always as punctual as I’d like them to be, but overall they’ve been good to work with.

<p>They came highly recommended by our landscape architect. We were using ornamental trees and there were some problems last year. They came out and were able to save a couple of trees that we thought we would lose. They did a great job. They don't do any trimming. I have a beautiful yard. It has been featured in some home magazines this month. They will be coming here tomorrow. We pay them yearly. They are expensive, but since they do a great job they are worth it.</p>

I had a very difficult time nailing down a date to plant the tree. The tree was finally planted a month after we received the estimate. For this reason, we probably won't use them again in the future. Staff were very nice, professional and knowledgable. Quality of tree is excellent. We were desperate for a tree due to privacy issues, so did not spend much time shopping around for price quotes. Our total cost seemed pricey, but we are happy with our new tree. We did receive a quote for pruning as well, which was much more expensive than other quotes we received.

They came out and they sprayed my trees for pests. They also did lawn fertilization and sprayed the lawn for ticks as well. They were also very professional.

THEY ARE GOOD BUT THE PRICE IS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. THEY CHARGE BY TIME SPENT AND MATERIALS. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM, AND THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
