I have designed hundreds of projects around Puget Sound over the past 30 years; including a large timber framed addition, new waterfront homes, and many remodels and new homes. My experience includes years as a carpenter and general contractor, and I have built 2 homes for myself. I have submitted for permits in many cities and counties. This process has become more complicated over time, as the building and zoning codes strive to protect your life, property and our shared environment.
