Paul has done so many things for me that it would be hard for me to list them, and he is a perfectionist and has completed everything beautifully.

Paul has done a lot of work for me and has always done a fabulous job, and this time he not only repaired water-damaged walls but also found the source of a leak that no one else could find!

Paul came out and gave me an estimate for the work I needed to have done which seemed very fair. My house is two stories and at the top of a ridge, and all the scaffolding, ladders and equipment had to be carried down then back up a long outdoor rock staircase. There is always a wind which made power washing and work on the scaffolding and ladders difficult. Paul had all my windows and outdoor furniture covered and power washed all surfaces to be painted. The facia, soffit, shutters and metal fence railings were sanded, power washed and painted, but the garage doors had been painted several times, and Paul had all the paint sanded and scraped off to be able to use a new primer and paint that can withstand the all-day direct west sun. The exterior stucco near the front entry had become swollen from water collection, and Paul scraped that area and used a paint/stucco mixture to cover the archway and match the entryway, and he re-set the rock base to allow drainage. All the work involved went smoothly and looks perfect, and although he was here several weeks, when he left everything was cleaned up completely!

Paul responded to our request for quote promptly and took the time to listen to our concerns and then walked us through how he would make the needed repairs. Paul’ team arrived on the date and time scheduled. The team members were extremely competent and professional. They were careful to cover and protect our furniture to prevent damage. Paul was in and out several times a day to check on the status of the project, and spend many hours personally working on some of the more difficult areas. He was very attentive to our concerns and ensured that we were satisfied with repairs. I have used several remodeling firms in the past, but Paul’s Drywall’s competence and professionalism far exceeds them all. I would definitely use Paul’s Drywall in the future, and would have no concern recommending his service to family and friends.

Paul responded very quickly to give us an estimate on the work and was able to get the work done in a reasonable amount time. He was very courteous and easy to work with and they did a very good job. We would use them again if the need arises

Paul made an appointment to come out and chip and sand the old paint off the doors and look at the courtyard pavers. He knew exactly what to do to clean the terracotta by diffusing the power washer with brushes, reapplying sand that was used instead of grout and applying a sealant. He also asked about cleaning our driveway which had become dirty and looked awful. He sent an estimate for both jobs which my husband and I accepted. He then set a time to paint the doors and clean the courtyard and driveway. He arrived on time and started with a helper the first day and came with two the next two days. He cleaned the courtyard and driveway, let them dry then applied sand to the courtyard and a sealant to both. Our courtyard is large with two levels and took a lot of work to do everything including moving heavy furniture. Everything was done with care. He even brushed the sealant on both areas instead of spraying because we live on a hilltop and always have wind that would blow the sealant on our windows and everything else. The results are amazing! The doors look beautiful, the terracotta pavers have the original color again, and the driveway looks new. Paul is a perfectionist in his work and does a fabulous job!

We’ve hired Paul for 3 jobs now and he always delivers quality results on time. He and his team are easy to communicate with, are flexible and very professional. I trust him and will seek him out for all future home improvements and repairs.

I have called on Paul’s Drywall for several projects over the past years and each time I have been extremely satisfied with the results and the quality of his employees. The following “approximate cost of services” is for most recent work. I have asked Paul to give me an estimate for a new project still in planning stage.

Paul and his team did a great job. Paul was on-site for two of the three days and walked us through the entire process before starting so we could fully prepare for the repair (which pretty much took away the use of our kitchen and master bath). Paul's personnel were also very professional and courteous, ensuring that they cleaned up at the end of each day and explaining what work was slated for the next day. Now that the project is complete we cannot tell that any repairs were actually done - which is the optimal outcome for this type of repair.

Awesome! Cannot even tell that 1/3rd of the ceiling was replaced!

Overall they did a good job. Not great, just good. Quite a few areas have old nails that were covered with drywall. Another area has a forgotten tape and float edge. For the price and amount of work, I can't complain.

Excellent. Paul arrived exactly at the time he stated. The work was completed in the amount of time he stated. The price was what was quoted and the clean was perfect. I would hire him or get a referral if he does not do that the type of work I am looking for.
