Excellent. These guys are the pros. They did such a beautiful job on tiling of a shower that I hired them for. I can’t give them enough praise. The work was done efficiently, professional and the people are absolutely great to work with. If I ever have a need for them, without hesitation I will only call Paul’s tile. The staff are very professional and easy to work with. The tiled shower literally sold the house!!! Pricing, their workers, staff and all Very good people!!!! 100 + stars Thank you very much

Paid cash. -----No definitive schedule initially. First startup delayed due to company ordering the wrong tile. Got the impression the company thought it was my fault until my evidence proved otherwise. Pricing of material not identified, rolled up into activity. To date unknown how much the tile cost, only that I had to pay $88.00 more for upgrade. Had to request additional shoe molding along side sink cabinets in both bathrooms at the end of the project; one would think that would come with the project. Shoe molding and cost did not come into question until I started asking about the possible removal of my base molding. Both bathroom walls were left with technicians' hand print smears. I expected to pay more due to engaging a professional company. Anticipated more transparency and made to feel conflicted in choosing Paul' Tile when I made a request into the company related to quality and pricing of the tile; I only wanted to have some written description of pricing per unit and quality of the tile I selected. Never received any descriptive correspondence on the tile in my bathrooms; only a verbal that the company uses good products and that I got a discount.

"Paul's Tile did order the wrong tile for this job. She had picked out Milestone White and our receptionist wrote down Milestone Gray by mistake. It doesn't happen very often but we are not perfect. As soon as we realized what happen, we apologized to [Member Name Removed] numerous times. As soon as we got in the correct tile we called [Member Name Removed] and scheduled the job again. This job was two small bathroom floors. We did them one after the other, so that she would not be without a bathroom. The price of the tile was figured in the job on her quote and clearly stated that she had a $3.00 per ft tile allowance. Her two bathroom floors came to 88 sq. ft., which was also on the quote. She came into our shop and picked an 12x24 Emser, Milestone White tile. This tile retails at $6.37 per ft and we sold it to her at $4.00 per ft, which was an upgrade of a $1.00 per ft, therefore her cost went up $88.00. [Member Name Removed] was well aware of this when she picked it out at our shop. We discussed the upgrade and the exact amount. Her shoe mold was on the contract. She called after we installed the shoe mold, because we didn't install it on the toe kick of the vanity, which is not normally done. We went right back out and installed the shoe mold on the toe kicks. [Member Name Removed] led us to believe she was extremely happy with our job. The initial job for both bathrooms took 3 days. Our trim carpenter went to her house on the 4th day and was there about an hour installing the shoe molding. When she called about the toe kicks we sent Keith and it was there less than an hour installing the shoe molding on the toe kicks. [Member Name Removed] made the statement that she was looking forward to Thanksgiving now, so her family could see her beautiful tile in her bathrooms."

Paul's Tile has a wonderful staff! They did a very professional installation of the shower and tub. They were on time each day, very hard working and did an excellent job of tiling the shower and installing the glass and our new tub which required moving the drain in the slab. They removed all debris associated with the job. They were very courteous and efficient. Cash Edinger, co-owner of Paul's Tile, oversaw the project and did an excellent job of keeping me informed of each day's schedule. He followed up on the work each day and made sure everything was done correctly and that I was pleased with the work. All in all it was an excellent experience. I would recommend Paul's Tile to my friends if they needed similar work done. They also supplied an excellent drywall man for another project.

The owner and staff of Paul's Tile were great to work with. They responded to our phone inquiry quickly, came to our home, measured, made some recommendations and emailed an estimate after getting back the their office the same day. We did get estimates from two additional tile companies: one before and one after Paul's Tile's visit. We collected information and did the numbers before making a decision. We contracted with Paul's Tile for two reasons; first, they were very professional, secondly, they were very helpful in guiding us through this. They brought sample tiles. After deciding to go with Paul's Tile and noticing that my wife was interested styles of designs, they suggested my wife to come to their shop to see some additional samples and sent us home with samples. This sealed the deal. The workmen who came to our home were professional, polite and on time. They had to work hard taking up the old tile. The owner also suggested other companies for the work they did not do: the bath mirror and sink counter top and bathtub siding. The owner kept in contact to see that we were please with the progress of the work and he came by several times to check how things were going. The master bath is beautiful. We are glad we chose to contract with Paul's Tile. I do recommend this company.

This the second time we have used Cash for a bathroom remodel. He is great to work with and his teams of workers are very competent and professional. This time we needed a new tile floor and new tub and tile surround for a much neglected upstairs bathroom. They also repaired and painted the walls. Cash did a great job helping us pick out the materials and coordinating all the work. We are very pleased with the results and will call on him again when we need any type of tile work.

The workers arrive on time, work until the job is finished in a professional and attentive manner. I had no problem with trust issues since I went to work allowing access to my house with no problems. The work is done to your satisfaction without complaint. I have used other contractors and spent many a day waiting for someone not to arrive as promised. This will not happen with this company.

Very well. A few mistakes were made. However, each was corrected. We did not notice on of the mistakes, but Cash did, called it to our attention, and fixed it. He was always responsive and exceeding honest.

I texted a request early in the morning and had a response within a few hours and he came to the house that evening. He gave me the option to fix the few tiles (which he felt would be a temporary fix) or to pull everything up and put down concrete board and retile. I chose to have him retile. The work was started 4 days later and completed the next day (Christmas Eve). They took care to pull up the tiles so that they could be reused. It has been almost 2 weeks and no problems. I have had to fix and paint some trim but Paul said at the time that he and his crew do not paint and that I should expect to have to do some painting where they had to tear out the baseboards. Overall, I am happy.
