The work was good, the communication was terrible

Not good at all. The day this company came to my house to seal the driveway I get a phone call from the owner who was rude from the moment I answered my phone telling me that I was supposed to have left a check for anything over 1,000 sq, ft. of driveway. I had gotten an email from them stating that, but, the email looked like a standard email that they send to everyone when confirming a service. It didn't have an amount or anything. If it had I would have called them because my driveway is 956 sq. ft. The guy said if I didn't get a check over there immediately he was sending his guys on there way, which he ultimately did. So, now I'm out my money with no driveway sealer because Angie's List already paid him for a service he didn't perform and Angie's List is no help getting my money back. The driveway is 23'10 x 38' and a little jog in the driveway is 4' x 11'. 956 where I learned math, but, I'm out $149. I'll see how the BBB can do for me. I'll never use Angie's List either. Why in the world would they pay for a service without confirming that the service has been completed? Pretty irresponsible on their end I'd say

They came on the agreed on day. I was out so they came, did the job while I was away. It was a good job. Nice, clean, good work. I'm happy with it and would hire them again.

It did not go.

I bought the coupon on Angieslist. They called me within a reasonable amount of days to schedule. I have a long driveway so there were additional costs. This was all explained to me by a very nice dispatcher. They arrived on time. They were very professional. The job they did is absolutely awesome! My driveway looks great and it is not peeling at all. We have been driving on it for a few days in the hot sun and it is perfect. Thanks PMG!

Did not arrive when promised and I was not notified that the crew would be late. However, when they finally did arrive, the quality of the work was quite good.

Awesome! They did a wonderful job. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a great price. Three years later, and it looks new.

Not great. Belgian blocks look good but asphalt looked bad as soon as it was installed. I wish I had not paid them until it was repaired. I'm probably have to have it redone.

There were issues getting this job completed as scheduled by Angie's List and later by the Pavement Maintenance Group itself. Perhaps Pavement Maintenance Group was overwhelmed by the number of job requests it received after providing Angie's List with its offer. Additionally, the owner was rude and inconsiderate at the time of my mother's funeral after he read a review that was posted before the job was completed describing the issues of scheduling. His employees, however, were courteous, punctual when they arrived, and skillful. Nevertheless, I was charged an additional $115.00 since the job was considered beyond the scope of the original offer by the resealing team.

Arrived on the date promised and did a quality job

It worked out fine. I had to pay extra. It was a little bigger than what the Deal covered. Maybe $200 more. We'll see if it washes off but it looks nice right now. It was neat. I wasn't here. I never met them.

Fine. Prompt, attentive and focused on detail. Good result.

I wasn't at home but my husband described them in two words: Professional & Efficient. He said they did what they said they'd do and did it in good order. And it does look nice.

Great! These guys did a great job. They did it by hand with the squeegee, the way it should be done; they didn't spray it on. Looks awesome.
