Randy has done work for me 2005 & 2009, very pleased. When I moved I had him seal our Pavers at our new home over 11,000 sq. ft. He recommended using Techniseal Sealer. After 3 weeks the Pavers around the pool deck started turning white. He returned several times to strip and reseal but the problem returned Randy tried his best and finally called in the Techniseal rep for help. I was not home when they did the inspection. Randy sent me the report from Technical, stating the problem was from the Pavers being installed over a concrete pad. Randy refused to complete the Job. After the driveway Pavers starting turning white (no concrete pad} I called Technical, the rep. came out with another contractor, I was told the Sealer was applied thick and did not allow the Pavers to breath. I questioned the Technical rep.& Found out that Randy did not send me the full report from the first inspection.
Response from Paver Block Sealing, LLC
"Yes, I must have gone out to Mr. Barnrover's home a dozen times to correct the problem and after inspection with the Technical Rep it was determined to be a bad install job. He also stated it may have been due to temperature but that was not the case in the dozen attempts to fix the problem. The manufacture had his contractor come out and redo the job and Mr. [Member Name Removed] failed to tell you that FAILED/ turned white as well proving the point that the pavers were installed improperly according to (http://www.paverschool.com). This is the school for Advanced Segmental Paving."

My driveway and patio areas had been previously sealed with an acrylic sealer which was now turning white and cloudy. Needless to say they looked a mess. I called several companies to schedule to have someone come out and give me an estimate on what it would take to get fixed. Randy, the owner of Paver Block Sealing, was the most responsive and knowledgeable. He was out the very next day and gave a very reasonable quote for all the work that had to be done. He explained that he would first have to strip off all of the old cloudy sealer before he could do a final cleaning and then seal the areas. He carefully explained exactly what he would do, how long it would take, and what it would cost. My driveway and patio now look great. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who was knowledgeable, punctual, and di d exactly what they said they would do for the price that they said that they would do it for. Thanks again Randy for a job well done.

The owner did the work and was very professional and responsive to our needs. He showed up when scheduled and did superior work. We were well satisfied with the service. We thought the price was fair and reasonable.
