Paver Pros

Met sales rep. on May 30, 2019. Started project June 20, 2019. Finished project Sept. 7, 2019. 12 weeks and 2 days later. Over 3 months to build a wall. Inexcusable. Everything started out fine. The men were hardworking. As time wore on, we had extensive collateral damage. One expects damaged, trampled plants on either side of the walls. It's the torn up roof on an exterior building, chunks taken out of our newly built posts, done by a back hoe, paint scraped off our wrought iron fence, because the cement man thought it would be a good idea to put the cement hose over the fence instead of on the ground and through the open gate. There were additional plants trampled to death because the masons didn't want to step over a few inches and walk on a path. The masons were so bad that the young project manager fired them before they finished, because the work was not up to his standards. He finished the walls. It took 3 months because they were not there half the time-put on other projects. Two posts were so bad, that the project manager re-did them himself. I photographed the posts that were off by at least an 1" (I suspended a board with a level between the posts) and sent it to the owner of the company and asked him how he was going to rectify the situation. I got no response. Here's the paradox- the sales manager and project manager were professionals with ethics. They worked harder than they should have, dealing with inept or just poor management and subcontractors who were just as bad, if not worse. I have photos of everything if Angie's List wants documentation of our personal fiasco. Oh, and I finally got my final invoice (completion certificate) on Sept. 24, 2019, after numerous phone calls to the company.

Pavers - The workers used an electric pressure washer to clean the pavers that wasn’t powerful enough to clean the pavers. They had to borrow my gas power washer to clean. They didn’t use enough polymeric sand to cover all the pavers and they didn’t use a machine to tamp the sand in between the pavers. Within two weeks we had weeds sprouting in several places that weren’t done correctly. The sealer made the pavers look blotchy after it was applied. Overall the pavers looked worse after the job was finished than when it was started. Fountains - There were problems with the water pump and float installation on one of the fountains. After they forgot about finishing the fountains for about a month, I called and they returned, several times. Around mid July we gave up on a fountain fix and told them not to return. Each time they previously returned I pointed out the weeds growing through their new job and would just get a nod but no offer to fix. I checked the reviews before I used Paver Pros and they were good. In thirty years this is the worst home project experience we’ve had.

It went "GREAT". They were proficient, professional, and polite. They answered questioned and let us know what they were doing as they worked. They told us it would be two days to complete the work and in two days the work was completed. They came back after 48 hours to make sure everything had settled and to see if there was any other questions or anything else we needed. Thank you PaverPros.

Paver Pro's did a great job! Our backyard was a torn up mess of dead grass. Not to mention a water drainage issue that has plagued this yard for many, many years. Daniel Gradin was amazing to help us figure out what we needed with design and pricing. What a relief to know a new drainage system could be installed connecting our downspouts to the new piping being installed under the new Artificial Turf. Daniel Prado was our excellent project Manager. His crew was always early to the job site and started working right on time. The workers did great work on the new drainage system and worked extra hard to have it completed before the next rainstorm. The new Artificial Turf was installed in one day and looks great! In addition Daniel went out of his way to fix a Firepit gas piping issue that was caused by incorrect installation by a previous company I no longer use. I do recommend Paver Pro's as they were professional, easy to work with and much cheaper and reasonably priced than other companies I have used the past.

The paver installation went very smoothly and came out beautiful and enhanced my property. I even changed my mind on the paver color the morning of installation and they were able to probably jumping through hoops, got them changed but did not delay the job. The DG border installation was not how I envisioned it and they were able to modify. From the designer to the job lead to the installers they all focus on the customer being pleased and happy with the work . Before work begins they review with the customer what the customer has chosen and gives you time to think about colors,design etc. They were always gracious and striving to please though i made it more difficult for them,unintentionally, with my indecision .Daniel was the designer on my job . He had great ideas and stayed with the job till it was completed to my satisfaction. And I am extremely pleased with the results!

Small but necessary repair job after replacing the skimmer. After months of being ignored by System Pavers, called Paver Pros and Daniel came out within a few days. He made an extra effort for our small job, and kept the price very reasonable. The job was done perfectly, within a short time period, and you can't even tell where the area defect was. Very satisfied and would recommend them hands down over the other guys.

Rick Evans was a master craftsman and construction manager on my project. His attention to detail and diligent efforts resulted in an amazing place to entertain and relax. Additionally, Rick and his crew worked daily even when the temperatures reached the 100s for weeks. I was impressed and admired their work ethic. The project was completed on time and looks great.

Daniel arrived on time and reviewed the areas which needed work. He made suggestions on how to approach the job and did a preliminary design and layout. We worked out the details of the design and selected the best materials for the job. Once we agreed on the price I gave him a deposit. A start date was given and the crew arrived on the day even before the they were scheduled. The first day was mostly demo and prep work and the crew finished sort of late in the evening. Next day they completed paving two of the three areas. By this time it was late evening again so the crew returned next day and completed the remaining area adjacent to the driveway. This is one hard working bunch of guys. No one standing around, just steady hustle all day. The crew had to work in the same area as my wife for a time and they were always polite and courteous. Lewis is one of the owners and checked in on the job progress several times a day. He made sure every detail was done correctly and reviewed the progress with the crew. I am completely satisfied with the results and would recommend Paver Pros. Daniel, Lewis and the entire crew did an amazing job.

Daniel was very prompt and had an excellent knowledge base. I did receive three bids for said projects, and his was the most informative. What I really appreciated was he did not try and sell the project NOW. The other two “salesmen” pressed for a contract- which is an immediate no for me. Rick ran the crew for the concrete we had poured with new drains installed. Rick was outstanding as well. Will continue to recommend and will use again! NOTE: I did not disclose what I paid due to every project is different and is priced accordingly.

Customer service was terrific. They went above and beyond. Provided samples to look over before the service. Delivered as they said they would - they quoted two days and had it done in a day and half. I would hire them again if I had more patio space to pave.

It was really good. It was excellent. I had bids with other companies but ended up using this company due to their price. They were on time.
