Upon setting a date, the crew of five workers would show up without fail early in the morning and begin working until late in the evening.  The Service Manager, Floyd Lopez would come by to be sure that the work was being done to our satisfaction and check on the crew.  We can't say enough about the work ethics of the crew and this company.  They were very professional, knowledgable, clean and neat and worked as a wonderful team together.  They replaced the siding on our entire house and we couldn't be happier with the quality of their work.  Upon completion of our siding, they painted our house and the quality of their work was exceptional.  We were recommended by friends to get a quote from Payless Siding and are so glad we did so.  We still can't believe how much more reasonable they were with their quote compared to the others we had been given and the satisfaction of their work.  We will definitely be calling on Payless for additiomal future projects.  Save yourself time and contact Payless for your quote.  As we were, you will be pleasantly surprised. <br />

After a notice from our Homeowner Assoc. about our siding, we got 3 estimates for replacement. Kevin at Pay-Less came out, showed us the products they use, explained the process and gave us a written estimate. This estimate was thousands less than the other 2 which made us nervous. After checking other reviews we decided to go with their bid and are very happy we did. Simply put, they did everything they said they would. A team of up to 8 were working on the house for a week, cleaning up as they went along. If there was any questions (I had asked for some cosmetic additions) the crew chief would check with me before proceeding.The only dispute concerned the type of primer ( I had requested Sherwin Williams) and they were using a generic brand. I asked the crew chief about it, he called the office and they went right down to the Sherwin Williams store for more primer no questions asked. I have been asked by many in my neighborhood who did my house and I have no problem recommending Pay-Less Siding. <br />

Everything was fine until we paid them. There was work that we asked them to come back to repair. They first gave us the run around and then at one point they simply stopped all communications with us. THAT IS NOT HONORABLE!  It's a shame too because the rest of the work was well done. <br /> <br /> ***UPDATE*** <br /> Since the review, we have been contacted about the review. I do want to clarify that the actual siding work was very well done. It was a repair to a door frame that was done incorrectly that started the issue. What made the issue worse and subsequently made me write this review was how the issue was ultimately ignored. It seems that now we are on the right track. I will provide another update when the work is completed. <br /> <br /> ***UPDATE 11-2-2015*** <br /> Pay-Less Siding sent a couple of their guys to our home today and they replaced the old door and frame with one that we purchsaed. The work this time was on par with the work they did on our siding...EXCELLENT! I am sorry that it had to come to this, but I am happy that you made it right!

After using Payless Siding for my siding, I asked them about roofing. Milton came out and gave me an estimate and we discussed some damage and needed repair due to water damage. He was professional, on time, and kept in contact with me though the whole process. Once scheduled, his crew came out and did a wonderful job removing the old roof and replacing it with a Certainteed Roof. They made the neccesary repairs to ensure my roof had the best structure. I was not available to see the work before they covered it with the shingles so Milton took pictures and emailed them to me to ensure the work was completed to specifications.They did a great job and made sure I was happy. The quality of work was wonderful and they paid attention to all of the details.

<p>I had 4 bid for the job and Payless was the best price for the amount of work they did.  The owner came out and quoted the job and was very knowledgeable and honest.  He told me everything that would be done and walked me through the process set by step.  Once the team showed but to do the work it took a day longer than expected but they worked had and did a great job on the house.  I was very please with the service and am thinking about using them in the future to replace all my windows.</p> <br />

Kevin gave a fair and prompt estimate that aligned with other estimates I received. We scheduled the work within a time frame that it needed to be completed by and his company made it happen. Kevin mentioned that there might be some additional concerns due to the existing rotten siding. Once the siding was removed, we established a fair price for the structural repairs and they were done quickly. The job took 5 days and my house is updated and beautiful. I would definitely recommend Kevin and his company to anyone looking to do these improvements. A couple things I learned from this experience: there may be some damage that is not visible until the existing siding is removed, be sure you talk about that possibility and what the costs might entail; also budget in for new exterior light fixtures and a new doorbell, because your house will be so nice that you won't want to put the old fixtures back on. <br />

They showed up on the scheduled date and time started and started work and it took 5 working days to complete. They had 4 to 6 people working on the house until the  job was finished. I am very satisfied with the job. <br />

<p>The rain caused a delay in the start of our job (not Pay-Less' fault) and the project took longer than expected, but it is finished now and the house looks great. </p> <p>The siders and painters arrived bright an early every morning and worked until dark every night (even worked on Saturday). They were very professional. They respected our house and belongs around our house.  They picked up the debris and their equipment every night. Jesus (jobsite supervisor) checked with us along the way to see how it was going and made the adjustments as we asked.  They did not leave the job until we were totally happy with their work.  </p> <p>We are very happy with the work and would use Pay-Less again, and recommend to family and friends. </p> <br />

Overall, the project turned out great. The crew worked hard and were very responsive to requests. On a few occasions we had to remind them about things or ask them to fix a few items at the end. Payless did a great job. We love our new siding and they even installed our new light fixture. They were on time - even with the bad weather we have been having. We would highly recommend Payless Siding. <br />

Kevin's group was very punctual and worked until dark everyday.  On the one day that it rained they pressure washed the brick (in the rain!) to prepare for painting the house.  Kevin's project manager, Bobby was very diligent on a daily basis about checking quality and ensuring I was happy with the work.  At the end of the week we walked a very detailed punch list and they addressed all of it in one day.  I am in the commercial construction business and will tell you that this company performed at a level I am not accustomed to seeing in the residential contractor market.  I highly recommend them. <br />

I was extremely pleased with the job from start to finish. The owner of the company (Kevin Spriggs) came out to prepare the proposal and make recommendations. His proposal was very competitive and included virtually all matters relating to the exterior wood and trim on a 26 year old house. He provided an overall proposal with actual pictures of the areas to be done that was thorough and easy to understand. The other companies I talked to all seemed to propose the project in a piecemeal fashion that was very hard to follow. When the work started the crew arrived and also the Project Coordinator (Bobby Edwards). The job was done ahead of schedule and exactly the way it was proposed. The workmanship was outstanding and the house looks like a new home. The crew was very hard working, pleasant and punctual. I am a CPA and work with many closely held companies. This is one of the best managed companies I have encountered. I highly recommend them. <br />

They gave me a fair estimate of the work to performed, gave me pictures that showed exactly what was to be done. <br /> Started the work a week earlier than I expected. <br /> Used the best materials. <br /> Work crew knew what they were doing, worked as a team and got the work done in one day less than I expected. <br /> Could not be more pleased with the work or the team. <br />

The professionalism was excellent and it was wonderful to deal with a company that gave you the bottom line cost  without giving a cost of each window and then adding on things such as clean up and haul off old windows. There was great follow up from the day of my purchase until all work was completed. The installers gets a A+ five star rating also. The installation was done in  a timely manner. My new windows look great and I fill like I moved into new home. They fit perfectly, easy to open and close. I fill safe because my windows are double and hard to break in. The team was very professional, nice and I liked the leader because he was so nice and helpful. They removed my old window very safely with special tools and they cleaned the area after they finished the job.  <br /> They were answering the phone every time I needed to talk to them. <br /> I got this company from one of my friends and I am very please with the job .  <br /> The company included the CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE in the package. <br /> <br /> <br />
