Amazing! We were transitioning a rental into a home for an older family member and the previous tenants had left the place rather disgusting. We found Paula and asked for a quote. Her pricing was far less than we expected and her work seemed to speak for itself. She showed up when promised and really went above and beyond to get the house to the cleanliness level we requested. There were many detailed touches she did that I didn't ask for, but really appreciated (like cleaning the outlet covers and light switches). Her deep cleaning was a real deep cleaning. In the end we felt her efforts were worth way more than she was charging and so paid extra. Would definitely hire again!

Although she's nice and hardworking, she's flaky in scheduling. She cancels most weeks of work. She's not dependable and true to her word.
