I had him pour a concrete pad in January 2024 with the understanding he would come back and stain it in the spring of 2024. He poured the pad and I paid him. I reached out to him in April of 2024 to come back and stain it. He came out to go over colors and I paid for the concrete to be stained on May 6th 2024. He said he would be out later that week to complete the job. We had some weather so he said he would be out the next week. He didn’t come out then either. He kept pushing it back and pushing it back and this went on for months. Multiple times he said he would be out on a certain day and then would just not show up. I would call and text with no response. . At the end of July 2024 he agreed to just give me my money back. Said he would meet me, then he would just Venmo it to me. He never did.

I was Tim's first job when he moved his business to South West Mo. After having such a bad experience with local previous concrete business I was pleasantly surprised the knowledge, professionalism and desire to make his customers pleased and happy with his work. I would highly recommend PBM concrete. Also if a problem occurs with his work he is right on job to correct the problem. Yes I highly recommend.
