Nick was able to handle all these tasks in three visits. He was a very patient instructor who gave me the time to take notes and who made sure I understood what I was doing. He was available by phone and e-mail to answer any additional questions I had and to provide further guidance. On the one occasion when he was running a bit late, he called well in advance to advise me he would be delayed. He was always professional in his dealings with me and is extremely pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him, particularly to older individuals who may need to "catch up" on the latest technology. Nick also knew how to source the equipment and software I needed at reasonable prices. Since I was ordering directly on my own accounts, he was not taking a mark-up.
