On time, did the job quickly. Was not expecting the 'additional fees' they quoted after arriving. Especially when they asked 'did the office tell you about ...?, which they did not. So, quote of $535 turned into $880 after the 'tank opening fee $75', the 'filter cleaning fee $65', the 'wash tank fee $65' and 'extra water fee $140'. Pro tips 1) ask what the added charges will be 2) uncover the tanks yourself 3) spray down the solids tank (hose water) and 4) clean your own filter before contractors arrive, save yourself $345.

PDW SEPTIC IS A VERY DIVERSE COMPANY. Not only do they pump septic tanks but can evaluate your current system, do major modifications, complete installation of new septic systems along with the leaching system. Tony, the foreman has over 35 years experience in the septic field and is very experienced in all phases of taking care of all your septic needs, as he did mine. Tony explained to me how your septic system is the very heart of your home as it can’t function without it. Thanks PDW, you gave my 50 year old septic system a new lease on life, and that I am grateful for
