Excellent plumber! After two calls to other plumbers where one said it would take at least a week and the other one didn't even return my call (they both had answering machines), I searched Angie's list and found Peabody in my town. I called on Monday morning and got an answering SERVICE -- a live voice! I received a return call within a 1/2 hour. They came out that afternoon and did a great job. Very pleased with the result and he will definitely be my "go-to" plumber in the future, and I will highly recommend Shawn to any of my friends who ever need a plumber.

Excellent. Work was done better than predicted, I am so happy with the service.

Shawn called about 15 minutes before the appointment to let me know that he was on his way over. He looked at all the leaks, explained what was going on and how he was going to fix them. He was done in one hour and I think the price he charged for his work was fair. I would definitely hire him again.

Great experience, great customer service. Shawn of Peabody Plumbing showed up punctually and expertly replaced a damaged frost-proof spigot outside our home. Would recommend his services to anyone. <br />

Great experience. I would definitely give Shawn our business again and would highly recommend. I left a message after-hours and he called me first thing the next morning and came out to fix a broken outdoor water spigot the same day. He was prompt, professional, competent and explained options. I thought his price was very reasonable and he worked quickly. Shawn was professional and courteous on the phone.  I called him with a leak in my kitchen the day after Thanksgiving.  He called me back the same day and was flexible with scheduling even though I gave him a ridiculously small window of availability on my part.  He showed up on time (in fact he was 15 minutes early which was awesome).  He was friendly and informative and had a selection of faucets on his truck.  He fixed the sink within an hour of showing up.  I will definitely use Shawn in the future for any gas and plumbing needs. <br />

Shawn was responsive and came out same day for an emergency call to unblock our main sewer line.  He was very punctual, professional, and courteous.  He ended up snaking out a large ball of roots that had invaded the main line somewhere out underneath the street. I'll definitely use Shawn for future plumbing work in our house. <br />

Shawn was great. I initially called for an emergency visit to fix a leaky shutoff valve. He was prompt and arrived in the timeframe he quoted He took the time to install the new kitchen faucet I was going to do later and even showed me a few things in the plumbing works downstairs. He was very friendly, personable,  professional, and was even very cool with my dogs trying to "help". <br /> His pricing was reasonable for a same day, weekend service and would highly recommend him to others. He will be my go-to plumber for future needs. <br /> Thanks!! <br />

On the phone I explained what we needed and since neither job was an emergency, I accepted an appointment for a week later. When Shawn came, he suggested that we just replace parts in the old toilet, rather than replace the entire toilet. We did this first, but ultimately we ended up having him return and replace it about a week later. <br /> <br />I had to reschedule the first appointment, and Shawn had to reschedule the second one for later in the day. Communication was good (he has an effective answering service), and we appreciated his honesty, and diligence in getting the work done. <br />

<p>I am extremely happy with the service that Shawn from Peabody Plumbing provided. We just bought this house and noticed that when we flushed the toilet in the upstairs bathroom, that a loud noise came from the tub. I wasn't sure what caused that. We called Shawn and he was able to come and solve the problem. It was not an easy fix that involved a lot of work on his part. </p> <p>I didn't like the toilets in the downstairs half-bath  and the 2nd floor bathroom and he provided and changed both toilets as well. This was very convenient for our family!</p> <p>I am very pleased with the results of his work and plan to call him in the future if anything comes up.  He is very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Great experience. When I called, someone answered the phone which in itself was a pleasure. I have a rental property. They called my tenants, made arrangements for access and repaired the problem within 24 hours. They also stayed in touch with me to quote the job before the work was done, getting my approval, and took payment over the phone once complete. I thought the price was fair. I would definitely call again should the need arise. They were honest, fair and reliable.

Our downstairs half-bathroom had an extremely old toilet - of the kind where the tank is bolted to the wall.  We had removed this old toilet and attempted to install a new one ourselves, but the existing flange was so old and in such poor repair that this proved impossible.  When our regular plumber proved to be unresponsive, I contacted Peabody Plumbing to do the work instead.  He responded promptly, came in to do the work at earliest convenience, and did the job quickly and well. <br />
