Peace of mind pest control was the only company that called me back before the day was over. Ken and his helpers met me at the house on time and decontamination and clean up the house. Our family couldn't believe it was the same house. It was a job well done. Thank you Ken and his helpers if it wasn't for you guys we wouldn't have known what to do. Thanks for saving us T. Taylor

Ken did remove our birds and replace some of our vent covers but arrived unprepared to access our 2nd story vent. He did not bring a ladder tall enough to reach and had to park in my yard and put his ladder in his truck. They were here all day and did not complete the job. He had said he would return to finish but never did. Unfortunately payment had been made prior to the work being finished, which I will not do in the future, but we had to leave for evening commitments (again, they had been here all day). Unfortunately world not recommend due to the fact that he said he would return to finish and never did. He stopped responding to our texts/ phone messages.

Ken Hughes, the owner, is extraordinarily knowledgeable. His company was reliable, friendly, and had straightforward pricing. My raccoon was humanely trapped and removed and now resides in a better place near a corn field. Again, his service was absolutely exceptional, and I highly recommend him and the company. Ken offered me a quarterly deal for prevention which cost the same as other companies wanted for a one time service. He was very thorough, honest and did a great job.

We called Ken and he came within hours and treated the entire area, our attic and the perimeter of the attic setting a protective kill barrier, behind every piece of equipment upper area and our customer service area. The results were permanent and effective. Great service and treats monthly now and no more roaches!

He was very professional and patient. Before he started he explained what he was going to do and then after he had finished he explained the after steps to help the chemicals work. Like keeping the house clean and the yard mowed.
