We had a positive experience having our roof replaced. Our project manager kept us informed, and everything was done timely. Our issue came when we had a ceiling repair done after the roof was replaced. Peachtree Restorations employees performed the repair, and after they were finished with the repair, their employees dumped a bucket of water into an upstairs bathroom sink, which flooded the bathroom, causing new damage to our dining room ceiling below. We have paint and drywall dust in the sink’s p trap, and new water damage to the vanity in the bathroom. So far, Peachtree Restorations has refused to even accept that their employees may have caused this damage, and they have refused to come inspect the damage they caused. After informing the company of what occurred, I received a phone call from José, during which he insinuated that I was lying, since his employees never went into that bathroom. He said this without making an attempt to inspect what his employees did. I was told on the 19th by our project manager, Erica, that I would hear from her the next day, the 20th. I still have not had any contact from anyone at Peachtree Restorations. While we were pleased with the roof repair, we are incredibly displeased with the follow-up and their refusal to accept that their employees caused new damage.

My experience with Peachtree Restorations was a nightmare. To fix the roof leak, they recommended replacing the entire section of the roof over my kitchen. However, after all that effort and cost, the leak returned. After many calls and several return visits, the leak persisted. Finally, they just told me that the leak was another issue altogether and they were not going to cover it under warranty. Simply put, they repaired the wrong thing on my roof, the leak persisted, and I'm out almost $2,000. Now I'm hiring a new roofer. Stay clear of Peachtree Restorations.

Peachtree Restorations is one of the Master Elite™ Contractors listed in GAF’s website and I found the company there. Among the Master Elite contractors in my area I contacted, Peachtree Restorations was the first one to respond, as a matter of fact, Milton Brannon came to our house the very day I requested the estimate. Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples. His help was invaluable to us in our decision making, and we greatly appreciate his time and expertise. Milton made a great effort to move up the installation date to fit my travel schedule. The crew was very professional. They meticulously picking up all the nails from the site with the magnetic rollers. Milton even ask the crew to replace all the gutter guards that were damaged during the old roof removal, at no-charge. They really did an excellent job. Our new roof is awesome! We just love it!! I would like to give Milton and Peachtree Restorations the top rating, we are totally satisfied with their products and services. Peachtree Restorations is the top notch I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Milton and the crew at Peachtree. We noticed a leak from our roof on a Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon, Milton had come to the house, taken photos, inspected the leak, and had us on a path to repair. By the following Monday, the roof was patched--at no up front cost to us-- and Nick, the adjuster, was taking care of scheduling with USAA for the insurance inspection. The rest of the process went smoothly as everything was handled by the Peachtree crew. I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company at all, though we were kept in the loop and we saw all the inspection reports. Peachtree advocated for our whole roof to be replaced as repair would have been inadequate. They also upgraded some hardware items (pipe boots) at no charge as our original ones had also led to damage inside the house. Speaking of that, Nick was able to have the inside damage caused by the boots repaired and paid for as well even though we hadn’t noticed it initially. Both exterior and interior repairs were carried out on schedule and we are pleased with the results. Milton was onsite during both days of the roof job to answer questions and oversee the progress. I would highly recommend Milton and his team. I am pleased with how easy the process was on my side and our house looks great.

I was happy with service. My rep name was Milton. It took 2 days to replace the roof. He kept me updated from start to end. After the roof was replaced, he did a final inspection. Insurance covered the expense but peach tree restoration filed paper work. I had to pay deductible. I will use this company in the future.

Interviewed several roof companies for my storm damaged roof, and Peachtree Restorations was one of the best companies I have ever hired. The whole process from damage evaluation, claim filing, new roof installation to after-project service was professional and perfect. The general manager Milton Brannon was very responsive and helpful. Two of my friends also hired the company for roof replacement through insurance based on my recommendations and both of them were very satisfied.

Peachtree Restorations was thorough, polite, and very professional. They walked us through the entire process, even working with the insurance company to ensure the backing for this project. They focused on earning 100% satisfaction and BOY did they earn it! They never treated us like just another client, or just another "job". Jay even came through the neighborhood on Saturday and Sunday before the installation to check on us, check on the delivery, and make sure all the ducks were in a row before the scheduled install. They were punctual, efficient and left the property as if no work had ever been done. We have since sold that home. The inspector told us that the roof was incredible. He said it was literally the best roofing job he had ever seen. Would use Paul and the Peachtree company again without hesitation.

I was very pleased with the whole experience of replacing my Atlas Chalet shingles. The project manager , Rob, was my one point of contact and he was very knowledgeable. He did everything he told me he would do in a timely manner. They handled every aspect of the insurance. I fell like I got very good value with the upgraded shingles. They made what I was expecting to be a terrible experience to be better than expected. I have had alot of roofers knocking on my door. Glad I waited to let Peachtree Restorations do the job.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Peachtree Restoration to replace the roof on my house. Peachtree was very thorough in explaining the process and giving me various options regarding the different components of the roof. Unlike other rooofing companies, the process began with educating me on the different facets of the roof and their function as the roof shingle was only one of many considerations that needed to be addressed. As an informed consumer, I was better able to decide what was best for our needs. I liked the fact that Milton Brannon, the Project Manager, was a single point of contact throughout the various stages of the project. Milton educated me on the products, wrote the estimate and also was the on-site manager who oversaw the re-roofing. In spite of the many individuals who worked the project behind the scenes, having a single point of contact made things flow from beginning to end. Beyond the professional operations of the company, it was such a pleasure to deal with Milton, as he was always kind, patient, timely in his responses, thorough and a person of his word. The job took the number of days to complete that was estimated. The company reviewed weather conditions before assigning a day and reviewed the conditions the day before beginning. The crew that replaced the roof was professional, efficient and pleasant. They worked long hours to complete the job in spite of the intense summer sun and delivered the job completed as per our discussion . The cleanup to restore the property to its original condition was thorough and left my property in pristine order. I am very satisfied not only with final roof, but also with the process that I encountered from the beginning and would recommend Peachtree Restoration to anyone who needed a roof replacement.
