Our window replacement project/process ran like clockwork from the beginning. We started with a great meeting and sample review with the sales rep. Window replacement was scheduled and finished in one day as advertised. The end product was exactly what we wanted, great product and looks fantastic.

I’m excited about getting my new siding! I had a wonderful experience with Allen, he was very friendly and knowledgeable in what I needed to know about siding. He answered all my questions And washed away my skepticism I’ve had with past contractors coming into my home not answering the questions I wouldn’t know to ask. Allen was extremely knowledgeable in home remodeling. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

From the point of sale through the end of the project, this team was fantastic to work with. The salesman was relaxed, knowledgeable about the products, and never made us feel pressured to sign a contract. They provided hundreds of photos of their previous work—along with strong reviews—so we felt confident the job would be done well. What impressed us most, however, was the communication from Howard and the rest of the team. We always knew what was happening, when they would arrive, and whether any delays might occur (and the only delay was a single rainy day). They were easy to work with, offered a fair price, and used quality materials installed with true professionalism. The attention to detail on our siding project was exceptional, and it was clear the crew cared about our home and the materials we chose. By the end of the project, the house looked amazing, and they cleaned up so thoroughly it was as if they had never been there. Would gladly recommend!

We met with Ryan and Pete who were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. They met with my husband and I discuss new windows for the main floor of our single family home. We have a toddler and newborn and Ryan helped keep our toddler occupied and was very understanding and patient as we had to multitask in taking care of our kids while also discussing the window project. We were impressed by their warm, genuine approach which is very different from a typical salesperson trying to get you to go with their product. You could tell they truly believed in the company, the goals and values, and the product/services they provide. Due to personal reasons we weren’t able to invest in the project right now but we will 100% be contacting Ryan in the future and using Peak for all our future window/roofing needs. When you find a good, reliable company like Peak you want to make sure to spread the word and we will be recommending them to our family/friends/neighbors who need any projects done in their homes.

The whole team was friendly and efficient from start to finish. The crew that installed our doors were done in a day and the house was tidy after they left. Great experience.

Peak provides efficient customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, often within the hour. They hold national certification for all installed products, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Peak was the third and highest bidder for my project. Despite a well-organized sales pitch justifying their premium pricing, it was not persuasive. Upon reviewing all bids, Peak's quote was substantially higher. However, considering the cost to extend warranties offered by other contractors, which would match Peak's 50-year warranty, the price difference was justified. I joined the crew on my roof twice: first, during my through-the -roof antenna mast installation to verify adherence to sales promises and warranty terms, and again for final inspection, which met expectations. At 38 years old, Peak's 50-year warranty means I won't need another roof. They assure comprehensive coverage; if they falter, a designated contractor will step in under Peak's warranty.

The process went very smoothly. And on time. Unfortunately, of the 4 windows we had installed, two have developed structural problems..one window had the entire sash fall out during cleaning. Today, another window refuses to stay up after a cleaning. These windows are Vinylmax brand. They have a lifetime warranty. Good thing since they seem to be made poorly.
