Not much to say. We had a heater guy out and he said there was no electricity down there. The landlord called you. Maybe Wayne referred you to her. After a week and a half with no heat, Zack came out and fixed it. He was just adorable! He was very professional but very personable too! A smile that that is just knock you out great!! We had a couple hard working guys doing a complete circuit breaker panel replacement with friend service. Had good coordination with PUD and county inspection. Arived promptly and cleaned up afterwards.

So, I was up at 5:30 am this morning looking for an electrician to help me out of a pinch. Richard from Peak Electric from Windham was on-line and responded through Angi's list. He stopped by this afternoon, addressed the obvious and not so obvious issue at hand in good order. We are now good to go. Nicely done Richard! Greatly appreciate your kind and speedy service. Scheduling for the bid was backed out a ways - and therefore delayed my project a little... but, as it turns out, I'm glad I waited the extra couple of weeks. Scheduling was otherwise very easy. Once I chose Peak, scheduling the work was a more reasonable wait. Everyone I dealt with was professional and communicated clearly from start to finish... they gladly answered any questions I had (I tend to ask a lot of questions). The work was well done. Electrician wasn't familiar with the particular brand of charger I had purchased, but was able to figure out everything that wasn't immediately obvious by just looking in the installation instructions provided. In hindsight, I probably could have handled the job (knowing what I know now)... but am definitely still glad to have had a licensed electrician do this work - which was required to be eligible for some utility and tax rebates anyway - and have the peace of mind that comes with it. I Received quotes/bids from multiple contractors... only one was potentially less - but it was lacking in details (permit costs, etc.) - and was about the same price for the things that were listed. I like to "shop union" when possible, so I was pleased that Peak was a Union shop... and, as an added benefit, had a $200 coupon through the Union (IBEW) - so it ended up being the least expensive bid overall. The price was reasonable for the work... and I paid exactly what was bid - not a penny more. I would not hesitate to hire Peak again for any electrical work I need done.

A+. On time ( with masks), on budget , fast and clean. Lead man took time to give me tips on some DYI things I was working on. Would use them again.

Excellent. The original design didn't light adequately so I had them return to install an additional light and adjust existing lights. I originally thought I wanted to add a pendant light over the peninsula but the estimator suggested another can light to match lights in the kitchen. The installer suggested I change the other can lights so they would match the new one. Very pleased with the results. All Peak employees were polite, considerate and helpful.

The friendly workers showed up when expected. They did a fantastic job replacing my broken bathroom fan. This included, making a larger opening in the ceiling for the new fan. The job was done in less than an hour. They also did a great job cleaning up the dust and debris from the installation. I will use Peak Electric Group for future electrical projects. A+++
