"[Member Name Removed], I apologize that your experience with Peak was less than you expected. As the owners of the company, we'd like to have the opportunity to come and check into the quality of work done at your property. The employee who completed service at your home is no longer working with us and we are working hard for our clients to make sure the services are brought up to the standard we expect from our employees. As far as missing follow ups, all scheduling is, as a policy, supposed to be done through the office and not via technician, so that we don't miss following up. We would like the opportunity to come and make things right. I can assure you that although issues such as wrecked trucks do affect a small business in a big way, it should have, in no way interfered with the quality of service you received. The initial high cost of service was to clean out contaminated materials- we have since 2014 sent technicians back at least 5-7 times, each time sealing entry points or otherwise adjusting the treatment/repairs. Each of these visits was at no additional charge. The owner of the company will be happy to come out and inspect and make things right. Best Regards, Peak Pest Management 503-998-4322"

"[Member Name Removed], I apologize that we had to reschedule your last visit due to the snow and ice, as it was scheduled for Monday, January 4th. We do not allow our technicians to drive in unsafe weather conditions. The January visit was outside of the bi-monthly pre-paid year. We added the extra service as a courtesy because there were scheduling issues with your account. Again, I apologize that your experience was less than what you expected. As a small business, our goal is to provide excellent service for each of our customers. I'm sorry that this was not your experience. Thank you. Best Regards, Peak Pest Management"
"Hi [member name removed], We received your feedback from our technician regarding wanting to be called with more advance than the same day as your scheduled service. We are looking into a way to meet your needs with our software company to schedule a call prior to your scheduled service. We always appreciate feedback & hope to have a solution in place soon. Thank you again for your feedback! Best Regards, Micah Wood Peak Pest Management LLC"
