They were our pest control and they just stopped showing up. I have called them 4 times and never received a call back. This is a horrible company - keep looking for someone else.

original visit was fine. They said they would come back and respray in 60 days if the ants returned. I have made 3 appointments with them with no-show each time and no phone call. Their mailbox is full all the time after a no show. The times I have managed to get ahold of them they have excuses of why they didn't show up. I have been more than patient with this company. They didn't give me a receipt for this service which I didn't realize until they had left so guess I don't have any recourse. I regretfully din't buy this service through Angies list but did find them fro that site.

Setting the appointment took three phone calls, a text, and two emails. I think they are pretty busy right now. Once I was able to set the appointment, everything was flawless. They arrived on time performed the service with the greatest quality and care for our home. I am A little left in the dark as to when our next appointment is. Basically my one complaint would be communication.

Very friendly, on time, with clear deliverables before, during, and after service. Servicer was knowledgable about the pests and how to deal with them. Warrenty and follow up service were clear and reasonable.

We have had to request return visits over and over. They have consistantly insisted that they only need to spray one area of the home, but then within 6 weeks, we have ants in another area of the house! <br> <br>Today, I called them, fed up with the results and spoke with a belligerent representative who argued with me and told me that they can be out to our home next Tuesday! 4 days from now! <br> <br>I told him that I will be leaving him a negative review on Angie's List and he said, "We have done a good job for you!" Whic is simply not true! <br> <br>What a disappointment, We want our money back, so that we can call another company that is professional and gets the job done!

The technician was very thorough in explaining how the ants were getting in our house and the method he would use to treat them. He also provided information on things I could do to to prevent heavy infestation. He was very friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable. For the amount they charged, I felt he went above and beyond.

As the owners of the company, we'd like to have the opportunity to come and check into the quality of work done at your property. The employee who completed service at your home is no longer working with us and we are working hard for our clients to make sure the services are brought up to the standard we expect from our employees. As far as missing follow ups, all scheduling is, as a policy, supposed to be done through the office and not via technician, so that we don't miss following up. We would like the opportunity to come and make things right. I can assure you that although issues such as wrecked trucks do affect a small business in a big way, it should have, in no way interfered with the quality of service you received. The initial high cost of service was to clean out contaminated materials- we have since 2014 sent technicians back at least 5-7 times, each time sealing entry points or otherwise adjusting the treatment/repairs. Each of these visits was at no additional charge. The owner of the company will be happy to come out and inspect and make things right. Best Regards, Peak Pest Management 503-998-4322"

It went great...I feel much better knowing it's done. It's a big, gross job. The specialist I talked to Tuesday brought a crew of 4 guys and got it done in not much more than 4 hrs. They brought a u-haul truck and desposed of everything. They will be back to check on the bait houses. It's a very professional, ethical company and I would use them or recommend them again. <br />

Theses guys did an AMAZING job and a lot of work! The price of it seemed a bit steep at first but it was worth every penny .... and then some! Most importantly, they did the job and cleanup above our expectations. Professional and trustworthy crew led by Joshua Clark.

These guys are awesome! We went through two other companies before finding Peak on Angie's list. One was A well-known large company. Neither of them fixed our ant problem and the large company was dishonest about what we signed up for, cost a lot more & were rude. Peak has been effective, honest, friendly and reliable. We signed up for a maintenance plan, but the ants were gone after 2 visits. We still have some spiders from time to time, mostly in the basement, but no ants so far! We love Brandon, who we've worked with the most. They're all great. Did I say they're on time too? Highly recommend!

Called Peak Pest Mgmt. and spoke with owner to describe the problem. He had a technician out there that morning and the problem was resolved. Prompt, pleasant, highly efficient technician. Explained what was happening with the wasp nest, what needed to be done and then took care of the problem. Very satisfied. <br />
