Peak Roofing Systems has been nothing but helpful and informative from day one. Using the services of the Angi app on a Sunday for roof repair, I was offered 5 companies that could be of help. I immediately received a call from Neil to see if he could come out on the same day (Sunday) to look things over. Neil and Nik showed up and performed a thorough review of our roof, the issues they saw (in picture form) and then presented us with several options and their own personal opinions. After having some additional companies come out to inspect my roof and knowing what a thorough job Nik and Neil had done previously, I immediately went with Peak Roofing Systems and they did not disappoint. Nik was in constant contact with me the whole time, a date was set and the process began. My roof was completed in the same day and Nik's team was just as thorough in putting on my new roof and with their cleanup. I have no complaints, I never felt any pressure, and my questions and concerns were answered with honesty. I would recommend Peak Roofing Systems to anyone needing a new roof or repair. The quotes I received from each company were comparable (no real variances) but it was the first impression, constant engagement, no hassle and overall customer service that was most important to me in making my initial decision.
