I recently had the pleasure of working with Pearl Remodeling on a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and actually enjoyable—thanks in large part to my contractor, Ben, who was an absolute standout throughout the entire process. Ben was communicative, detail-oriented, and incredibly respectful of my time and home. He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. His crew was equally professional, showing up on time every day, working efficiently, and keeping the space as clean as possible (special thanks to Daniel for coming up with the backsplash border tile idea!). The quality of the workmanship is top-notch. The kitchen looks great and is highly functional, and the new bathroom has transformed the way I use the space. Every finish and fixture was installed with care, and it’s clear that Pearl Remodeling takes great pride in their work. What impressed me most was Ben’s commitment to making sure everything was done right—not just quickly. He noticed things I never would’ve caught, and applied his own high standards to my project. This is the second time we hired Pearl Remodeling for a major project, and we’re just as happy with the results this time as we were with the first. Major storm damage meant we had to almost completely rebuild both bedrooms and bathrooms. From the very beginning our contractor Gal was committed to getting us back into our condo as quickly as possible. He kept the work on schedule despite multiple challenges. When the flooring we’d ordered from Home Depot showed up with major flaws, he went the same day to find new laminate for us and delivered it himself. He made suggestions for building back better than before, and the results are wonderful. Kevin who supervised the project communicated with us the whole time to make sure we were happy with the work. The multiple craftspeople who worked on our home all did great work. Our tiling looks beautiful, the floors are great, the painting perfect. Rachelle was very helpful, quickly communicating and providing documents I needed for our insurance. Pearl made a difficult situation manageable and delivered beautiful results.

I’m very happy we hired Pearl Remodeling to remodel our bathroom. They were professional, extremely competent, and timely. I originally hired a different local contractor for the project. I provided the design with detailed scale drawings and dimensions that included stripping the room to the studs and installing a new tub with tiles. Fortunately, I am very knowledgeable when it comes to design, construction, and engineering, because the work done by the original contractor ranged from very sub-standard to downright wrong. I almost never saw their foreman, and good communication was lacking. They even damaged the bathtub because it wasn’t properly covered. Most of their workers were unlicensed, and apparently low-skilled. I became afraid to not be there whenever they were present. After watching them re-do several processes multiple times poorly (structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC), I fired them and hired Pearl Remodeling to take it over. I’m so glad I did; they made a HUGE difference. And Pearl’s pricing was the same as the original company. All of Pearl’s workers were licensed and high-caliber professionals. They actually paid close attention to the drawings and asked pertinent questions while reviewing them. It was refreshing to see their quality workmanship and attention to details far beyond my plans. And their tile work was impeccable. Pearl’s project manager, Avi Shushan, remained very involved the entire time and provided excellent advice. His foreman, Jorge, was constantly communicating and updating me. (BTW, Jorge has a degree in civil engineering from UC Northridge.) They stuck to their timeline, and were flexible with a few last-minute adjustments I had sprung on them. When I fired the first company, their owner warned me that I was just being too particular, and that all contractors are the same; and if I wanted the quality I was demanding, I would have to personally supervise their work constantly. NOT TRUE!!! Pearl proved that to me! Thank goodness I called them. We now have a bathroom that exceeds our wishes. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Pearl Remodeling to anyone seeking a first-rate contractor that doesn’t over-charge for their services. I trust you will be as happy with them as we are.

Pearl Remodeling guided us through the whole process of designing, permitting, and building an ADU in our garage space. The team listened closely and respectfully to our needs and created a plan that checked all of our boxes. They communicated consistently with us throughout the whole permitting and construction process. They took our ideas and added professional input. The final product reflected our vision but was imbued with Pearl's experience and skill of execution. Construction as also done efficiently, on schedule, and with attention to detail. We love our new space and would certainly work with Pearl again in the future.

We are deeply grateful and appreciative for the work that everyone at Pearl did to help us navigate and work with Los Angeles County to complete our project, especially considering how long it took to get through our initial stages of approval. We purchased a property with an existing illegal garage conversion and, for over 5 years, various folks from Pearl worked along with us to get our project through and help us legalize the structure and clear code violations from our title. We are ever grateful that everyone at Pearl stuck with us and saw our project through to the end. We are especially thankful for all the work of Campbell, Jacob, Richard and Bar in the initial stages of the project and we are deeply appreciative of Jorge, who guided the project through its final stages and approvals. Jorge was always willing to answer any questions in a timely manner, give us guidance where needed, meet us at the Building and Safety office to help us obtain permits when the department was being difficult, and overall went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed and finalized, as well as ensuring our satisfaction was met. Complete with new windows, siding and paint, our 100 year old bungalow and fully permitted ADU are stunningly beautiful and we receive compliments nonstop from our neighbors! Thank you, Pearl!!!

My husband and I recently purchased our first home and couldn’t be more excited. The house was built in the 1960’s so you can imagine how dated it was. The kitchen had to absolutely be remodeled prior to move-in, so we wanted to act fast to get the entire job done ASAP. Therefore we chose the kitchen contractor team at Pearl Remodeling. We knew Gal previously because he had done my sister’s entire home (gutted the WHOLE thing) and the make-over was completely stunning. We had Gal come over for an initial consultation on our project and he already had so many great ideas and recommendations. He helped us expand our space from a galley kitchen to a more modern open look. I had a vision for the kitchen and Gal worked with me ensuring I was satisfied. Gal is not only warm and friendly, but he works tirelessly to make sure every fine detail is addressed and on time! If I had any questions regarding our remodel (again this was our first project) he was patient and answered every question thoroughly. We also had a tight budget and he worked closely with us to ensure we were in range and always kept us informed of what was happening. We felt so confident with Gal and his team for handling the kitchen remodel that my husband and I left for Italy for 3 weeks. We returned to a brand new kitchen and we couldn’t be more thrilled. After having incurred some water damage during the winter rains, and discovering additional long term water damage in the process of getting estimates to make repairs, I decided to go with Pearl based on recommendations from friends and having a few conversations with Ben, who oversaw my project. The price was very competitive, even when we realized additional work would be needed due to some long term damage being more expansive than anticipated. Now that the work is done, you'd never even know they were there. It looks exactly like it did before the damage occurred (even down to some wall textures which would have been challenging to match). Very happy with the work and would definitely utilize again for future (and hopefully more fun) projects.

We did a complete exterior renovation of our house in Burbank, and after meeting with 3 different contractors, we decided to go with Pearl Remodeling... And man, did we make the right choice! Izhak was our project manager, and we could tell right away that he has a serious passion for his work. When he came over the first time, we discussed our plans... he not only gave us some great ideas, but also talked us out of certain things that he thought would be a waste of money. How many contractors out there actually talk their potential clients OUT of spending more money? We obviously really appreciated that. The teams that they sent out to do the work were top notch, led by foreman Amnon. Izhak was there every step of the way, coming by a couple times a week to check up on things. Every time we had a question or an issue, he was on top of it immediately. The project is now finished, and we could not be happier with how it turned out. If you're thinking of hiring Pearl Remodeling, stop thinking about it and just do it already. And ask for Izhak.... you'll be glad that you did.

We have been wanting to add a bathroom and reconnect a separated room for some time. We were very weary about hiring a contractor due to horror story's we have heard from friends. We did out interviews and ended up going with Pearl Remodeling. Our project manager Gal and his project supervisor Ofir were amazing. They took the time to do proper permits and research with LAUSD. Set Proper expectations. Performed better than expected in terms of time frame and quality of work. I would use them again and am already consulting with them about some other more minor projects at the moment. Gal is super communicative. I can always get ahold of him, and he does not make us feel bad for calling and asking what may be silly questions. If extra work was needed upon discovery he did not make a big deal about it. We felt his main goal was our happiness. There was one time we had a small issue where my neighbors sprinkler plumbing was ran over by a truck. There was no proof it was from the workers but Gal immediately fixed the issue on the same day it came up with no questions asked. This crew is top notch and I would recommend them to family and friends. They helped us put in an amazing steam shower in a nice very large modern bathroom. It was simply a closet before. It required drilling into a concrete foundation to add plumbing and the fixtures I got would have intimidated most other contractors. We installed a Kohler DTV + Showering system with touch panel and multiple outlets with speakers and special lighting and steam. It is by far the most high tech shower on the block. We also reconnected a bedroom with in ceiling speakers and added 3 windows and a sliding door as well as a barn door thru out for ergonomic entry. We also had out laundry room re designed for more space and easier access. Their permit guy Campbell seemed to know the inner working of LA county real well and what was code and so on. Inspections were a breeze. They made sure someone was here when the inspectors came so we were almost completely hands off. They never pushed me. Allowed me time to make decisions and order the finishing I want even if it meant pushing out the project a bit. I can't say enough how great and professional this crew is... If you need to do a remodel seriously consider Pearl Remodeling. You will not be let down.

My husband and I were looking for a company to remodel our garage into a photo studio. After getting a few outlandish quotes, I happen to come across Pearl Remodeling using a google search. From the moment I called, I knew I was going to have a great experience with this company. The person who answered the phone was bubbly and friendly and a date and time for a consultation was scheduled without hassle. Ori Jacob, the project manager came and walked us through the process and gave us options and some reasonable estimates. We decided to go for it and the work began almost immediately. My husband and I were very impressed with Ori's professionalism, dedication, and promptness in addressing our concerns. Ori was amazing. The remodel was done ahead of schedule and we are very happy with the final product. We definitely recommend this company for doing garage remodeling. It was worth the wait to find them.

The master bathroom renovation was so well done by wonderful people, feels like you are in a 5 star hotel when you step in there. Pearl Remodeling did an excellent job with a complete bathroom remodel in my Glendale home. During the process I was so impressed with the progress, I decided to add a kitchen remodel which was done simultaneously with the original project, all of which was done ON TIME within the projected completion timeframe. I worked closely with the Project Foreman Ben Oded. Ben continuously demonstrated many of the qualities of a consummate partner each step of the process. He worked closely with me to take my conceptual designs and made them a reality with a team of people that were truly skilled in their craft. During the process, he identified challenges and provided well thought out solutions that he proactively helped implement. There was never a request that was impossible. The result was state of the art modern designs throughout the house that exceeded my expectations. It is without reservation that I recommend Pear Remodeling for any future projects.

I took 3 bids for our garage remodel. Pearl Remodeling was by far the fairest bid and the most knowledgeable contractor. Ben Oded was my project manager. Unlike one of the other contractors who completely disregarded my ideas, Ben listened to my ideas and helped me realize them. The project ran into some delays as Ben worked to clear through permitting challenges. Thank goodness that Ben was so diligent in resolving those challenges. Ben and I were in constant contact from the beginning of the year until mid-July, when the job was completed (and I do mean constant communication, daily). The consistent communication was also very appreciated. At the end of the day, I felt I could trust Ben and that is a truly rare thing. I now have an great looking new garage work space with an attic that has a TON of storage. The outside of the garage looks great too! The polished concrete floor is pretty cool too! A Kitchen remodel - you generally hear people talk about these in hushed whispers as they share disaster stories of blown budgets, extended timelines and general unpleasantness. We'd already experienced one contractor - a family referral - who seemed to be allergic to actually doing any work, so eventually we turned to Yelp. We went for firms with the most and best reviews and set up consults. Ben Hoded turned up on time, big smile on his face and charisma the size of our Kitchen. Compared to the previous consults he asked way more questions, pointing out where additional costs would be in our 1950's home with its ancient electrical and plumbing. Even though his estimate was 15% higher than the next closest quote we went with Pearl based on our intuition around Ben. The process was **** near perfect: communication was outstanding, all teams turned up on time, were courteous, cleaned up after themselves and seemed genuinely happy to be working. Ben was a constant presence, on site and off, fielding texts and phone calls. When decisions had to be made he delivered just enough information without tipping the scales one way or another (very smart move!) On the rare occasion where a ball was dropped he was proactive in solving the problem - at no time did we lose confidence in him or the project. 6 weeks later we have an amazing new kitchen delivered inside timescale and on budget. We also have a new go to contractor who will be getting our bathroom business as soon as budget allows.

I contacted Pearl to help with my garage conversion. I wanted to build a one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and a small kitchen. I was working with Ori, the project manager. He was great. I had a lot of questions and he answered each question. He was very patient and professional. They helped with the architectural drawings and getting the necessary permits from the city. Also, there was a DWP easement on my property and they worked with DWP to get that approval. I would highly recommend Pearl for any remodeling/construction job you may have. These guys are honest and great to work with!

Pearl and Gal were great. They did our ADU from start to finish including architectural drawings and permits. Gal worked with us honestly to deal with the unanticipated complications that inevitably arise. After everything was finished Gal even returned a couple months later to fix a couple small issues and make sure everything was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Ben, Pearl Remodeling was our representative. He was so professional and very detailed. He made this construction job a absolute delight! As far as the work itself, they were able to move my job up a whole week! Which meant I got my project done a week early. When does that happen? The guys were great and they did a excellent job. They cleaned up everything so nicely. Spotless!!! The job was done beautifully and I simply love it! Now I can have parties and entertain in my backyard. I highly recommend Pearl Remodeling!!!

Pearl Remodeling is fantastic. They remodeled our kitchen and bathroom on budget and ahead of schedule (remarkably fast). The whole team was excellent, especially Izaak, Cesar and Alex. The remodel came out beautiful. Even better than we had hoped. We have 3 kids, and having Pearl Remodeling in our home was minimally intrusive. They were so respectful of our home and family. Never did we hear 'construction worker' language or feel uncomfortable with the team at our house. Izaak helped us come up with a great design and Cesar led the team to make it happen. Whenever we had a question or concern, they were available and quick to help us get the end rest we wanted. Their primary goal was our satisfaction. We will DEFINITELY call Pearl for any future projects. We love our remodel.

Gal at Pearl Remodeling was knowledgable, detailed, thorough, timely, honest, and respectful from our first meeting, throughout all of his teams work, and beyond the close of the job. Gal was forthcoming with all of the information he had, and reached out (on the spot) for support when he reaches something he’s unsure of. Excellent communicator and a man of his word. Pearl Remodeling will be my first call for future projects. Below is a list of the work we did with Pearl Remodeling: Family Room: - level the floor using multiple processes & materials - install tile & new baseboards - remove existing fireplace mantel, convert fireplace to gas, paint inside of fireplace, install gas logs, patch & paint wall around fireplace. Kitchen: - remove old flooring in kitchen and install tile. - there was a leak under our sink, and Gal’s team replaced the board inside the kitchen sink cabinet after it was damaged, that was not their responsibility. Full Home: - measure/assist in window order with outside vendor, install new windows and remove the old ones. Even came back after job was completed to swap bathroom windows per our revised request on how they should open (open to center of room instead of open at ends of the room). - new construction windows in two locations. - install attic insulation

Just finished a remodel with Gal and his team. The place looks great! Everyone was professional, honest and hardworking. In any project, it's inevitable to run into unforeseen circumstances, but Gal was always there to help and resolved any issues quickly and with a smile. His "can do" attitude and quick response kept the process moving at a fast pace but never cutting corners. This is my first time remodeling and he was very patient and explained the steps involved and was also very clear on costs and timing. During construction, a few things came up that was outside of the original scope of work, Gal was happy to help and even did a few tasks without extra charge. I would definitely recommend Pearl Remodeling and would hire them again!

Gal, Amit, and their workers have done a fantastic job with our new house addition. Everyone was courteous and friendly to talk to and work with. They finished everything ahead of schedule while maintaining high quality work. Their communication was prompt and Gal would always let me know ahead of time if he won't be available, such as when he had holidays. They were flexible and accomodating of our schedule. For example, the workers will only start making loud noises after we get up in the morning or when we are away from home. The best part was that they had carefully planned their work so that they can finish our new restroom before demonishing the only restroom we had. There was not a single day where we didn't have a restroom to use or place to shower in the 4 months of the construction. That saved a significantly amount of hassles for us. Throughout the addition, we also had to make some changes to the existing plan, Gal and Amit would always help us choose the most appropriate course of action. In addition to Gal and Amit, Gal's brother Jacob was also very nice and understandable. We are really happy with the results and glad we had chose Pearl Remodeling. I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for remodeling or new addition.

I had an amazing experience working with Izhak from Pearl remodeling. My new home needed some cosmetic and structural updates before moving in. Izhak worked closely with me to make things exactly the way I envisioned them. Though it wasn’t a huge job I was treated as a special client and always felt that my project was important. Izhak and his crew are personable, warm and passionate about what they do. Its hard work and they approach the hard work with a positive and encouraging attitude. All of my ideas, desires and concerns were listened to and they made it happen. It was fun collaborating with Izhak on the design and shopping for the specifics was fun and easy. He knows everyone and is able to get a good price for things. The overall costs were very reasonable. The permit process, the work itself, inspections and finishing were conducted in a thorough and professional manner. The work is beautiful, clean, detailed and it was completed quickly. I have renovated several houses over the years. Izhak and Pearl Remodeling rank in the best of my experiences. I wish I could afford to fix up another house, working with them was so fun and easy.

Before searching through the corners of the internets, we first asked friends for recommendations for potential general contractors, who offered nothing but horror stories! We knew remodeling our kitchen would be a huge financial investment, and we wanted to take our time finding the perfect general contractor who will meet our checklist of needs and realize our vision. We didn't want to suffer the same fate as our friends, so my husband and I decided that we will not commit to any general contractor unless we both felt 100% "**** yes!" about him. 
The process to find a general contractor was mentally draining. It took us weeks, but we knew our patience paid off once we found Pearl Remodeling. From the initial consultation, we bonded immediately with Ben. General contractors have a notorious reputation for being dishonest and shady, but it was clear even from the beginning that Pearl Remodeling was a company we can trust. Throughout the entire process, there were constant emails, texts, and phone calls from Ben He really made sure he kept us in the loop from start to finish and that we were satisfied with every detail of our new kitchen. Even in the middle of night, Ben was quick to respond with my calls and emails.

We had unexpected hiccups during our kitchen remodeling, and for us, this was where Pearl Remodeling established themselves as the cream of the crop in the remodeling industry. As with any renovation project, unexpected surprises come up, but it's how Pearl Remodeling and Ben, handled and rectified the situation that set them apart from the rest of the general contractors in the business. My husband and I initially couldn't agree if we wanted lighting installed under our kitchen cabinets. By the time we both decided that we did want the lighting fixtures, it was too late because the drywall, the cabinets, and the backsplash were already installed. Sensing our frustration and disappointment, Ben suggested a brilliant solution of opening the stucco behind the kitchen cabinets, which allowed his team to arrange all the wiring and under cabinet lighting just the way we wanted. The cherry on top was he provided this additional service at his cost! We were truly impressed!
