I reached out to the owner and had an estimate by the following day, a few days after that the crew was able to begin the work. The owner was in communication with me throughout the entire process and really helped us get the project done in the time allotted. The floors are beautiful and the price was great. I plan on using Penn Flooring for all of my flooring projects in the future and will refer him to friends and family.

I recently had Penn Hardwood Flooring install hardwood floors on the first floor of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Justin was excellent in communication throughout the project, making the process smooth and hassle-free. He was flexible with our schedule and offered fair pricing. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they showed us plenty of great options that perfectly matched the style we were aiming for.

I really should have done this much sooner as we had the work done about 5 years ago. Our home had a hardwood floor entry foyer/hallway/powder room, which was adjacent to our dining room which was carpet over plywood. PennFlooring removed all of the plywood in the dining room, installed hardwood, then sanded and finished all of the rooms to make them match. The work is INCREDIBLE. The floors blend perfectly without a hard 'cut line.' You literally cannot tell where the old and new floors joined if it wasn't pointed out and even then I'm still not sure exactly which boards are old versus new. I 100% recommend PennFlooring and actually have referred some friends to them. Excellent work at a fair price. What more can you ask for?

Justin was very responsive and worked quickly to get us quoted and scheduled so that we could have our hardwood floors refinished before we moved into our new home. He communicated every step of the way and answered all of our questions. The team worked very diligently to complete the project in a timely manner which we greatly appreciated so there were no disruptions in our move in schedule. Justin and his crew did everything right. The work was done on time and within budget with no hidden fees or surprises. All hardwood on the first floor and steps were stripped/sanded and refinished. Justin applied many samples and was patient while I agonized over the stain colors. His crew worked around teenagers, sports calendars, indoor pets, and my work schedule. The floors are beautiful. The new employee caused major damages inside and outside the home. Penn flooring called the police on their own team member then refused to pay for the entirety of the repairs as there team member was being paid under the table

Penn Flooring came to our rescue after sever water damage to our hardwood floors. They even ripped up carpeting in two other rooms to add hardwood to match existing hardwood. They were professional, timely, and very knowledgeable on the process. Even helped us to pick stain through consultative discussion on lighting, etc. we are beyond pleased. Forgot to mention they replaced our stairwell with iron…looks amazing as well!

Justin and his team completely restored our red oak hardwood floor that was in desperate need of sanding and refinishing. The floors were sanded multiple times, stained, and coated with polyurethane to protect them. Justin was prompt and quickly fit us into his schedule. The process took a few days but Justin was very flexible with our timeline as we had additional projects going on as well. After each day of work, the house was cleaned up, leaving no messes or additional sawdust from the sanding processs. We opted to have the espresso stain on our floors and they were brought back to life! Constant compliments on our floors from all guests. Highly recommend Penn Flooring.

Penn did a fantastic job refinishing the floors all through out house. Some of the floors were even painted and after they were finished you would never have guessed. I worked with Justin who was responsive and flexible with my ever-changing schedule. He was especially understanding when the contractor rehabbing the house turned out to be a lying thief and bailed on the project throwing my timeline way off. The floors were refinished in an older city home. They removed all the stains and the finish is beautiful. They look better than I thought they ever could. From the initial meeting through to the end of the project, the company was extremely easy to work with, professional and flexible. They went above and beyond what I expected. Justin and Penn Flooring did a terrific job refinishing the hardwood floors in our remodeled Lancaster city row home. His price was very reasonable and his customer service is above and beyond. He is very good at communicating with his customers and is just a really nice guy with a good sense of humor, which made working with him fun. We are constantly getting compliments on our floors and would recommend Penn Flooring very highly.

When Penn Flooring came to do an estimate, they looked at the corner I peeled up, and gave me an estimate based on what they saw. Their price was based on my tearing up the carpet and foam padding. I was horrified at what I saw. The previous owner's dog peed in every room in the house except that one corner, and a few other places. There were deep stains everywhere. Penn Flooring worded extra hard, and added many extra hours to do as much as possible to deal with the stains. Of course, they could not get rid of all of them, they; were too deep into the wood. But the finished product look fantastic. The stains are there, but are not black like originally. I offered several times to pay more for the extra work they had to do, but they never accepted my offer. I highly recommend using these guys to take care of your floors. They will not let you down!
