Penney Brothers

This is the second time we have used Penney Brothers Construction and we are just as happy as the first time. The work was well done and done quickly, and they were very responsive to our needs. We got quotes both times and each time Penney Brothers offered a competitive price. We would not hesitate to use them again.

They are professionals and as handyman they can handle different construction or remodelling projects.

They are honest and they are time conscious.

Kevin and his Team did an awesome job for us. We needed to have a couple of boards replaced on our chimney chase due to animal caused damaged. While working on that, they found some additional damage that we couldn't see from the ground. We had them fix that area too. They did a thorough job for us at a great price. We will definitely be contacting them again with any future siding/painting projects!

Kevin and Henry arrived at my property on time and they were both very courteous and customer service focused. Kevin went about the work in a conscientious and focused way that resulted in an excellent job which I am very very satisfied with. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire them for another job.

He did the work. I wish he would have covered areas better that he was working on because when he left it looked like a construction zone and a mess was left. He could have listened better to what we were asking for and did the work his way which was wiping and then dusted vs dusting then wiping which smudged the walls and dirtied the floors.

My. Kenny is a decent guy to work with. His workers were very professional. They did the job fast. There was small time delay, but it still was fast enough. All in all, it was a great service. I would recommend penny brothers.

Kevin was fast and courteous. He even came back on short notice because I decided to have him paint the room where I had him remove a window. Stellar work and fast!

First to respond. Provided next day service for 3 projects! Stood behind their workmanship. That goes a long way!!

I'm so happy with the fence that they made for me to replace the one that was old and falling down. Mr. Kevin's estimate to complete the job was so reasonable I told him yes right away. He went to get parts that night and came back the following morning and completed everything in nothing flat! Fantastic work guys! I think this fence gate will last another 15 years.

They were quick to respond and to get started and complete the work. We were very pleased and would hire this company again for our next project.
