Justin and his crew stripped, sanded, stained and resurfaced the foyer stairs and all hardwood on my first floor. Justin personally spent a significant amount of time applying stain samples and was patient while I agonized over decisions. His crew worked around teenager sport calendars, indoor pets, and my work schedule. The work was done in time and within budget. No surprises. The refinished hardwood is beautiful and flawless. Highly recommended.

Penn Flooring came to our rescue after sever water damage to our hardwood floors. They even ripped up carpeting in two other rooms to add hardwood to match existing hardwood. They were professional, timely, and very knowledgeable on the process. Even helped us to pick stain through consultative discussion on lighting, etc. we are beyond pleased. Forgot to mention they replaced our stairwell with iron…looks amazing as well!

Justin and his team completely restored our red oak hardwood floor that was in desperate need of sanding and refinishing. The floors were sanded multiple times, stained, and coated with polyurethane to protect them. Justin was prompt and quickly fit us into his schedule. The process took a few days but Justin was very flexible with our timeline as we had additional projects going on as well. After each day of work, the house was cleaned up, leaving no messes or additional sawdust from the sanding processs. We opted to have the espresso stain on our floors and they were brought back to life! Constant compliments on our floors from all guests. Highly recommend Penn Flooring.

Penn did a fantastic job refinishing the floors all through out house. Some of the floors were even painted and after they were finished you would never have guessed. I worked with Justin who was responsive and flexible with my ever-changing schedule. He was especially understanding when the contractor rehabbing the house turned out to be a lying thief and bailed on the project throwing my timeline way off. Once this project is completed I will most likely be calling Penn again to do my personal house. Zach

The floors were refinished in an older city home. They removed all the stains and the finish is beautiful. They look better than I thought they ever could. From the initial meeting through to the end of the project, the company was extremely easy to work with, professional and flexible. They went above and beyond what I expected. The quoted price was the final price, no unexpected "extra" charges. I would definitely hire them again. Their prices are extremely reasonable,

Justin and Penn Flooring did a terrific job refinishing the hardwood floors in our remodeled Lancaster city row home. His price was very reasonable and his customer service is above and beyond. He is very good at communicating with his customers and is just a really nice guy with a good sense of humor, which made working with him fun. We are constantly getting compliments on our floors and would recommend Penn Flooring very highly.

When Penn Flooring came to do an estimate, they looked at the corner I peeled up, and gave me an estimate based on what they saw. Their price was based on my tearing up the carpet and foam padding. I was horrified at what I saw. The previous owner's dog peed in every room in the house except that one corner, and a few other places. There were deep stains everywhere. Penn Flooring worded extra hard, and added many extra hours to do as much as possible to deal with the stains. Of course, they could not get rid of all of them, they; were too deep into the wood. But the finished product look fantastic. The stains are there, but are not black like originally. I offered several times to pay more for the extra work they had to do, but they never accepted my offer. I highly recommend using these guys to take care of your floors. They will not let you down!

Project could not have been better. Excellent service from the first estimate, to the final day. Both Justin and Chad take pride in their work, and worked hard to be sure that all of our questions were answered, and that we were happy every step of way. My floors look AMAZING! We bought a home with dark floors, some very dark stains, scratches, and water damage. Today we have light colored floors, that look brand new. Thank you!!

This project was a little intimidating for us at first but the Penn Flooring team helped us feel comfortable and did an amazing job! We actually found the wood we liked at a store and they were able to purchase the wood for us at a discount! We couldn't be happier with the project outcome! Highly recommend Penn Flooring!!!

Professional, courteous, and flexible that is how I would describe my experience. From start to finish Chad and Justin were great to work with. Having 2 children and one on the way our schedule is very busy and they were able to work around our timeframes, still get the job done on time, and come in under budget. When they were done all you saw was a fresh new floor no mess left behind, no punch list, and no call back….nothing. What a great job and 2 great guys!! I highly recommend them for your next refinish or fresh install.
