Penntegrity returned my call after hours, got me schedule for the next day, and had my problem resolved within 24 hours.

Penntegrity Plumbing was a life saver for us! We had a complete stoppage at our house. Josh and Kenny got us working again for a fraction of the cost. We initially went through our warranty company and a "pro" was assigned. Needless to say, they were not, and the company was trying to sell us on a 15k leach field without a proper diagnosis. Thank goodness we spoke to Penntegrity Plumbing outside of our warranty company. They responded to our request immediately. They provided same day service and gave us accurate arrival times and got right to work to solve our issue. They even used a camera to determine what was going on with our lines.

Josh arrived on time for our appointment. We mentioned we did not have hot water. He initially checked whether there was power to both the lower and upper thermostats on the hot water heater. Finding no power for both thermostats, he then checked the main power line to the water heater. Once again, there was no power. He checked the circuit board and found the circuit breaker had been inadvertently shut off. After turning the circuit breaker to the on position, he did hear the water heater beginning to heat water. He also gave us advice on servicing the water heater in the future along with possible additions of a water softener and a reverse osmosis unit to offset the hard water from our town water system. We would definitely recommend this company for future plumbing needs.

I have had several items fixed by this company. A pressure regulator installed and my water heater flushed and adjoining pipes replaced and fixed how they should be. So glad I found out about this family owned company. Their name says it all, they have integrity. I am so happy with their work.

Called on Saturday night for an emergency plumbing repair. Call was quickly answered and Ken made sure the water was shut off and said he would have a plumber out early the next morning. Plumber arrived before 8 AM and quickly found the problem. Repair was done in a timely manner and water service was restored. We experienced prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly service and would definitely refer them to anyone who was looking for plumbing work.
